This is a lovely traditional country pub, and well worth seeking out. The evening food was good, even if the menu was a little limited. By contrast, the accommodation block within the grounds is very modern - but nevertheless also excellent. This is a wooden chalet-style built but incredibly spacious, with beautiful views. There are free range animals in the...

Not quite what we were expecting. An old pub with a Scandinavian style wooden lodge consisting of five rooms in the grounds. We had room one which was modern with a large wet room and sufficiently warm on a cold night. So it was really quite luxurious for the oldest pub in Herefordshire. Indian Runner ducks and chickens were free...

Our spacious room was on the top floor of the chalet, with a balcony to make the most of the awesome view. The giant bed was very comfortable with good quality linen. Our hosts were friendly and obliging, and the inn itself is so atmospheric. The garden is full of geese and chickens - you feel as if you are...

We stayed at The Pandy as we were attending a wedding nearby. The pub itself is a delightful country pub with oodles of character. The rooms are lovely and spacious being located behind the pub in a lovely "ECO" house. The only little niggle is that if you're in a downstairs bedroom it's a bit noisy due to the clog...

We stayed two nights in what I can honestly say was a fantastic room with a balcony and amazing view(room 4) the room was furnished well with lovely thick white towels and an extremely comfortable bed. The hosts were friendly and the gardens with the chicken and ducks were just lovely. The only slight disappointment was the inn itself, although...

We stayed for 3 nights in August. The hosts were welcoming and the ducks and hens were brilliant entertainment. The accommodation was good, apart from curtains falling off the rail and the yellow water, which we were told was something to do with the reservoir and nothing could be done about it!! As this turned the towels yellow, we went...

We have just got back from an overnight stay at the Pandy Inn. What beautiful, peaceful setting for a bed & breakfast accommodation on the Herefordshire/Welsh border. We arrived at lunchtime to a warm welcome from the owners and sat down for a light meal which was very well prepared and tasty. The interior of the pub has so much...

Now and again we take the B road Golden Valley scenic route from Hay on Wye to Hereford (nice to be off the main routes), the Pandy Inn is the best stop in the area. We enjoyed the quiet Cottage Style flower garden in the warm sun before going inside for a meal. Food was very good, the locally produced...

If you are looking for a slightly unique B&B in beautiful countryside, the wood lodges at The Pandy Inn are gorgeous! Spotlessly clean, quiet, cosy and comfy. What a joy to open the door and find chicks, ducklings, hens, cockerells and ducks greeting you. So lucky to have been given room 2 with its own patio over looking the countryside! We'll...
