We have stayed numerous times and have always thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We have always been treated with the greatest of respect and the owners have always gone to lengths to ensure our stay has been a positive experience. From initial contact on the phone to the final moment we have always felt like we were a welcome and valued...

This may appear as a tired motel but it's reasonably priced, close to shopping centre and offers great city views. The place is noisy because it's right on the highway but staff was helpful and nice to talk to. Bathroom was a bit old sort style but our King bed was very comfortable and we were able to find accommodation...

A lovely place to stay. Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable beds, clean & tidy rooms. The best thing is the awesome views over Hobart. Close to local shops and restaurants. Short drive into Hobart itself.. Very cosy & convenient place to stay.

We stayed for a total of three nights. We had a fairly well kept room down the bottom end. The bathroom was a bit dated however and the bath needed a very good bleach. I noticed a black stain on our blanket the first night we arrived and that's how I could tell the sheets weren't changed any of the...

We did last minute bookings in Tasmania, hence we weren't able to book other suitable hotels within Hobart town itself, so we were a little worried when we got his Motel which was along the Tasman Highway. Our worry was how accessible was the town itself if we were to stay so far away. Luckily our fears were unfounded, as...

Very helpful staff, comfortable bed and the price was right. Within easy distance to local shops and a short drive to central Hobart. Manager was very helpful with directions, also had plenty of travel/tour brochures available.

This hotel has a truly excellent location, high on a hillside with excellent views. However, my one abiding memory of the place is the smell of NilOdor, which must have been sprayed around the room by a liberal hand before my arrival. The furniture is dark and old and the bed is not comfortable. It was also quite cold in...

This motel looks quite nice from the outside and has great views but that is where it ends. The room was like something out of 1970, very very dark, furnishings were old and had seen better days. The worst part was it was so cold. I stayed in this motel in March/April and the Tasmanian weather was not that cold...

Thank you Review, I a disappointed that your stay was not up to your expectation. We are always interested in comments and I need to say we have reacted to the cold weather, perhaps the coldest it has been in 15years. The Motel has recently purchased and upgraded heating in the room. We have also changed our linen suppliers to...

First stayed in 1970. Only things that appear to have changed since then is a new flat screen TV and an inadequate heater. The bathroom still has the outdated shower over bath with a tiny heater that did not work. The room was freezing all the time. It was a cold night but the small panel heater ( set to...
