Met with a warm Yorkshire welcome and a superb evening meal (even though we were a little late arriving). Breakfast plentiful, with a lovely range of choices.Rooms spacious , warm, comfortable with the added bonus of a well equipped visitors kitchen and great lounge. Great location for our Wolds walking. Thoroughly recommend.

This is a really excellent B and B. Rooms are comfortable with good showers, kitchen and lounge very useful. Food was first rate, we had a "kitchen supper" as well as breakfasts and it was all freshly cooked and delicious. Overall one of the best B and Bs we have stayed in.

Nice, Cosy farmhouse off York. Clean & spacious room. Pleasantly surprised to find state of the art shower facilities. The best shower I've experienced in uk in two weeks. Great value for those driving. Animals are not on their property during winter as the ground is too wet.

My Fiancé and I stayed here in July for a friends wedding. Lovely guest house. Nice location. However, about 2 hours into our stay all the electric went off in our room only. Unfortunately we were not able to be moved to a different room as the guest house was fully booked. Obviously the electrics failing was not the owners...

We, including our Labrador, spent three nights here. The welcome was immediately warm and friendly. Very comfortable bed and the facilities were excellent. Breakfasts were freshly cooked and of a high quality. It really was a very relaxing stay with lots of places of interest within easy travel. Will definitely recommend Robeanne and hope to be back.

Had a great time staying in the beautiful log cabin. Lovely place, felt very welcome. And the breakfasts were on another level, so tasty! Great base for exploring, we did flamingo land, York, and Bridlington :-)

This country-style (family farm) B&B offers a cordial welcome with clean and homey accommodations. The plus is the fabulous, home-cooked (everything you want and could imagine) breakfast which includes several home-made jams served by the owners and their help! And, the 2nd plus at breakfast time, is the lovely sun room which overlooks the beautiful garden, i.e., flower and fauna....

A very disruptive train journey from London Kings Cross up to Hull on Bank Holiday Easter Monday (28/3/2016) and then cab journey to Shiptonthorpe saw me arrive at Robeanne House at nearly 8pm (some hours later than I originally planned) and so even more so not in the best of moods as the primary reason for my visit was to...
