Sadly I only got to stay one night. Very well appointed room with excellent air conditioning and great pillows. Sky TV with lots of channels and a pod type coffee maker too. There is a small hob and a microwave. Restaurant is only for breakfast . It is a 5 minute walk to a large supermarket and fast food places or head towards Newmarket for a sit down meal at a restaurant. I will be staying here again, clean quiet and comfortable.

Stayed in room 208, a good sized room and was quiet and clean. I couldn’t work out what it was but around midnight there was an odd, loud clicking sound by the door. Sounded like someone next door was trying to get into their room but the keycard wasn’t letting them in, this went on for half an hour or so. It started up again at 4am which was what woke me up. Shower is nice and hot although the water pressure is on the lower side. Also the coffee machine needs a serious clean. It’s unusable, even with clean water it just pulls through a milky smelly liquid that’s pretty awful. I didn’t even bother putting a capsule in for fear of getting sick :-/

Found this gem on the Great South Rd Greenlane. Just passing thru Auckland and needed a place for one night. After a long day of travel, I checked in at around 7 pm and was welcomed by the most obliging, helpful young lady at reception. Found my room on the 3 rd floor and settled in for the night. Wow, spacious, clean, fully equipped, large flatscreen tv with heaps of channels, mega comfortable bed, updated and clean bathroom, kitchenette with microwave, mini-fridge, full utensils, capsule coffee maker, toaster..everything at your fingertips. Extremely good value and I will certainly be back next time I am in Auckland. ( ps beware of the towaway zone outside the motel, it's hard to see when you arrive late at night in the dark. Poor Council signage. Cost me 130 bucks to get my car back.)…

Cannot fault this place. Great location. Service was excellent and the suite perfect for a base for work. With a decent size desk to work on. Good onsite breakfast and good local eateries. The room was a good size. Not a pockie hole, but spacious and airy. 👍😀

It looks modern and nice enough. Went to make one of their coffees , no milk, so made one of the special coffees and the coffe machine hadnt been cleaned and used pods were still sitting in it. Whenever someone was walking in the above room it vibrated like a truck was going past. Bathroom had mould and 1/2 toilet roll. We ended up just buying our own stuff. Would not recommend this motel.

Good buffet breakfast, except for the owners of the place having a loud business meeting with the council sitting down in the dining room so we heard all about how their business worked or didn’t – which wasn’t very professional to be a) talking about all that stuff in front of the customers and b) disturbing our breakfast with it. The bedroom was spacious and good in general. Bathroom seriously needed work though – very tired and damaged (see photo). Also only places to hang two towels so if two of you staying you couldn’t hang up the hand-towel, bathmat and two towels, let alone having enough space to hang towels if three there (which the room catered for: a double and a single bed). There was ample space on the walls or behind the door to add some hooks or another towel rail, but they haven’t bothered. So all in all the bathroom was very sub-standard.…

Great stay in a convenient location. Nice modern and clean rooms, great breakfast, friendly manager and staff and efficient check in and out. Easy to find off a main road with good amenities nearby. Free parking. I would definitely stay here again.

Other than the helpful friendly staff I can’t think of anything nice about this motel. My room smelt musty, the pillows smelt dirty and there was hair on the bathroom floor and bits of dirt all over the bedroom carpet. To add to this miserable appearance there was mould on the bathroom ceiling. What a dump!

The room was of a good size and well-equipped, including a kitchenette which was small but very usable. The bed was comfortable, the shower worked well, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was enjoyable, and there was also parking and wifi. A very good place to stay.

We stayed here for one night. Check in was easy, staff friendly and helpful. The room was large and spacious and a comfortable bed and good shower although bathroom a bit small. Buffet breakfast was included which was nice. This place is close by to supermarket, coffee shop, restaurants, takeaways. Highly recommend the Thai restaurant just up the road.Would stay here again.
