No doubt property is well made and maintained but I felt its over priced.

Rooms were spacious with pantry area and outdoor sitting with each unit. In rooms they could have used white linen like any other luxury property it looks clean and hygienic.
Staff were very helpful and nice. Food was good, we asked for local food so they prepared local dishes for dinner.
We even went for morning walk it was a beautiful experience.

Property is not advisable for senior citizens as they have many steps to reach rooms, which are located at various levels.

Thank you for your nice reviews . We are glad that you loved the place , found our food delicious and our hospitality warm, You have mentioned that you found it overpriced . I hope you understand It takes a lot of time , effort and money to recreate this architectural old traditional heritage and to run a property in offbeat place where everything is sourced from a hour away with average staff of 3 workers per cottage unit does involves a effort We look forward to hosting you again .

Little did i know that this would be a an experience beyond just a luxury resort,
The rooms have there unique charm and the atmosphere is calming. After a week of demanding schedule at work this paradise is perfect to unwind, relax and surrender to there hospitality in serenity.
Apart from the huge spacious rooms, the little details from solid metallic buckets to the wall printing really there rooms unique,
The Himachali “Dham” is a must to try, authentic and flavorsome truly satisfying a foodie that I am,
The management and staff are really humble and polite, we requested for an additional day to extend our stay as there so much to explore, despite being busy month of the year they managed to have a room for us, we resided in there river view room where we had whole garden to ourselves with Bonfire,we were more then well looked after the staff,
I look forward to many more visits in the future as this hospitality and astonishing experience is unmatched in my travel across Himachal,
When you are there don’t forget to recharge your self with the energies and strong vibration of the Shiv Mandir.

Everything was just so perfect with the warm welcome at the gate to the room with intricate details for the utmost comfort and warmth. I was lucky i visited this place at a time when there was rain in the mornings and sunny during the second half. The staff is always quick with the requests made. Always ready to help plan the trip. Food is very delicious and has many options in the menu . The best part is they bake their own bread and is flavourful.

Each room has different themes and i had booked spiti and shimla cottages and both were based on their respective cultural thus showing different cultures of himachal. Rooms are tastefully done with a lot of cozy corners around the property to enjoy the weather of parvati valley .

Overall i had a wonderful experience and everything was just perfect .

Thanks for a wonderful memory.

Kailasha – The Himalayan Village Resort is an absolute gem nestled amidst the serene beauty of the mountains. From the moment you step in, the resort captivates you with its stunning architecture, which is a perfect blend of traditional Himachali craftsmanship and modern elegance. The intricate woodwork, stone facades, and authentic antique décor create an ambience that feels like stepping back in time while still enjoying all the comforts of luxury.

The service is truly impeccable. The staff are warm, courteous, and go above and beyond to make every guest feel at home. Whether it's arranging activities, customizing meals, or simply ensuring your stay is perfect, their attention to detail is commendable.

The resort is adorned with beautiful antiques that add a unique charm to the property. Each corner tells a story, and it’s a visual delight for anyone who appreciates heritage and history.

The food is another highlight. The menu offers a delectable mix of local Himachali delicacies and global cuisines, prepared with the freshest ingredients. Every dish is a burst of flavor, leaving you craving for more.

The overall ambience of Kailasha is magical. Surrounded by lush greenery and the majestic Himalayan backdrop, the peaceful environment makes it an ideal getaway for relaxation and rejuvenation.

This is a place that dreams are made of. It's hard to put in words what this place makes you feel. But I doubt there would be anyone who visits this place for the first time and doesn't find it "unbelievable". I couldn't hold myself back while complementing the owners for their vision of this place. Aman and Rashim make a great team who have managed to put together a resort with fabulous architecture and great aesthetics. The detailing that can be seen in various aspects of the property leaves you awestruck. From Kullu design linen to wooden khadau, from walls adorned with more than 100 yrs old pictures to corners decorated with a variety of plants, from burst of pleasant fragrances to the interesting brass bathing set in the washrooms, from the unforgettable Kathkuni style wooden architecture to the gratifying walkway to the rooms, from the sound of Parvati river gushing nearby to the chirps of birds...there is so much and much more that please your senses that this place is a must visit for anyone travelling to this part of Himachal. There is also an almost quaint Shiv mandir within the resort with it's minimal yet stunning. The lush gardens make you want to spend all day outside admiring the whole set up and the fascinating rooms make you never want to leave.
The entire place is clearly been made with a lot of love and personal interest. It oozes charm in each and every corner of the landscape.
Big bonus was meeting Bhaloo, Dylon, Bulbul and Cheeta, the resident pooches with such different personalities.
The service is good and Aman's personal involvement in making sure a proper and prompt service is delivered is rarely found in hospitality these days.
The food, although appetising, is overpriced (even though it's supposedly organic). I wish there was some provision for air conditioning in the rooms because it got pretty hot and a stand fan didn't really suffice.
