Stayed for 4 nights in May'19. The room was big, had a working ac, clean big bathroom, clean bedsheets and towels. However, there was not a single person to provide service, yes not a single person. Each time we needed drinking water we had to phone the proprietor and he would bring water. There was nobody to open the gate early morning when our safari gypsy used to come to pick us. Again we used to phone the proprietor and he used to come and open the gate. There was nobody to make even a cup of hot tea early in the morning before we left for safaris. There used to be nobody in the hotel when we returned from the safari, so no way of having some tea or snacks. Very frustrating! The property is huge and surprising that only the proprietor is available there and they have not hired a single staff! Avoid this hotel! …
