Great, well-equiped appartment with kitchen was spacious and its value for money ratio was superb! Breakfast offer was also more than expected. Local people told us the Vila was for VIP only - they were not right and I can only recommend the services and the polite staff.

We spent two nights at the Villa while at a friend's wedding. I have to say that the place was suspiciously cheap for what it claimed to be. The fact that it advertises itself with 4 stars is (in my suspicion) a deliberate attempt to make you feel like this would be equivalent to a 4 star hotel. It's nowhere near that. This is more like a (somewhat) upscale hostel. While we were there, we observed the following: - There were times when there was no one at reception, so you couldn't leave the villa without a key, of which there was only a single one issued per room. - If there was someone there, 3 times out of 4, they didn't speak English, so they didn't even understand when we asked for a car to pick us up from the railway station. This meant that we had to walk about 20 minutes, in the rain. - THERE WAS NO RUNNING HOT WATER FOR 2 DAYS. - The breakfast was a few kinds of cereals, toast, buns and coldcuts. That would be more than acceptable for a hostel, but not somewhere that claims to provide four star service. - My friend was scolded for not knowing the day before if we were going to have breakfast the following morning. I suppose if you adjust your expectations according to the price, it's okay, but it's not the bargain it looks like from the reviews and the self-appointed 4 star rating.…

Příjemné ubytování v blízkosti centra města Krnova s možností parkování. Pokoj vybavený malou kuchyňkou. Velmi ochotná paní recepční. Ideální pro rodiny s dětmi nebo pro služební cesty. Uvnitř areálu je také malé venkovní posezení.
