As one would expect, this is not an International chain, so no fuss was expected to begin with. Check in could have been shorter, but being the only hotel with a pool deep enough for diving practise, the effort by the management to keep it decent is lauded. There is even a lift in this hotel, and given that it was just recently renovated, my room was clean with a well kept toilet. I did not expect any fancy TV channels and with a cold effectove aircondition, had a good night sleep. The bed too is firm enough, although the pillows could be better, yet met all the needs of a one night traveller. No complaints on price either,and a private parking is definitely a welcome.

I spent almost 30 minutes just to check in. There is no phone in the room, floor is dirty and the worst is there was no water supply due to hotel's poor maintenance! This is unacceptable! The hotel is not ready to take in customer at all! I will not stay at this hotel ever!

Stayed here for a night,i arrived a little late but d receptionist r very inviting for me.. it just an average place to stay and don't expect like a star hotel. it just a good place to stay but the room quit smelly (i think it come from the carpet)

Stayed here for a night, booked thru Booking.com..i arrived a little late but d receptionist r very inviting...they help you with the directions n tourists spots.....room is clean n proper...there is a tv but no remote control...had to use a stick to open n view d channel....towels r clean.....decent space inside d room...only one power supply n its not nearby d bed...so had to charge my phone at d tv table...no breakfast provided..clean filtered water is at 1st floor....giant n mcd is within walkin distance...there are few chinese restaurants n mamak stalls nearby.....overall im satisfied...but there is room for improvement
