Spent a superb day in the spa during our brussels trip. It was really ralaxing. The spa is very accessible from brussels and is such a lovely retreat. We didnt venture into the nude area, so our experience was totally in the swim suit zone, but we had enough experience to stay for 5 hours in a state of blissful...

This review is just of the hotel. Spa review is under the other page. I stayed here as part of a business trip to Brussels. I needed somewhere near the airport and as this hotel is right next door however it costs 25Euros in a taxi to get there. Check In- After reading the reviews on here I wasn't expecting...

We chose this location for a business meeting the next day. Not really very welcoming at check-in. There were three women at work behind the lobby, but nobody helped us to check-in. After waiting for a while there came a 4th wife, she eventually checked us in. Apparently it was too difficult to explain exactly where our room was, we...

We always stay in the castle itself rather than the new annex, it's worth the extra. The staff have always been very friendly and go the extra mile to make your stay comfortable. The spa is lovely and we'll looked after. The aufguss are always well done. The new stable bar is a good addition. The restaurant is lovely and...

My wife and I (from Los Angeles) stayed three nights at the castle (’luxury room'). Very nice and large room. It was the second time and was, just like the first time, a wonderful conclusion if our European vacation. It's unique because of the historic environment (castle from 1610) where you walk around in only a bathrobe for breakfast, lunch...

My day was spent in the sauna and I did not book the hotel. The facilities were great but you are left to figure out what the various options are and where they are located. Food was great and the service from the restaurant was excellent! I would recommend this place and looking forward to another visit.

The room itself was very nice and very clean with complementary drinks on arrival, however, other than than that I wouldn't recommend the hotel. The food is over priced and only average quality. However we were lucky to have found a wonderful restaurant called Hof ten As only a 5 minute stroll away. The staff seemed too over welmed with...

Normally people would come to such a place to use the spa. However, we chose this hotel just to spend a last night of our Belgian trip before taking an early morning flight back home, as the airport is only 8 kilometers away. Our Deluxe room was in the historical part, in the castle itself. When entered, we found ourselves...

You have to pay when you leave. We were 6 and we asked for a bill per person/consumption. You got a personal badge we you enter the spa (for the locker and for consumption). They refused and when we mentioned that last time it was automatically like this they confute us and titled us 'incompetent'. Despite we bought a 10-times-pass...
