We were there in May, We were allowed to have a fire, in fact, they sell bundles of wood (expensive). There is no water at all you have to bring all the water you need for drinking and washing dishes etc

Being on the coast it's fairly temperate - don't expect to break 60 degrees though and it will be damp. Also keep in mind you can only access it from the North - Route 1 still closed to the South. Unless you're tenting... More

Unless you're tenting, in which case you can come over Nacimiento/Ferguson Road but I wouldn't trailer ANYTHING that way.
