Stayed just one night in a basic room on the 3rd floor. Though the hotel is located one block from the town square, it wasn't particularly noisy. The hotel was quaintly decorated with lush gardens outside and a nice pool out back. The room had internet and tv, as well as great air conditioning. The decor was in the typical...

We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights before heading to Playa Del Carmen. Had never been to Puerto Morelos before so wanted to choose a hotel within walking distance to everything. The hotel was very cute and clean, and the staff was great. I loved the little pool and the wonderful lush garden surrounding it, full of little birds...

The room was huge (Master Suite). Located in the middle of town. Has a refrigerator, hot plate, filtered water, nice beds, couch, and a table wth chairs. You could see the water from the balcony. Make sure to get a Master Suite. Worth the money. The wifi was very signal was very strong the it was fast. The free breakfast...

The hotel and room were very clean Emenities were somewhat lacking. Internet gave you a lot of bars but could never view or download anything. It was definitely weak. There were no hairdryers in the room. It did give you a water cooler and refrig, Upon arrival the front desk staff did not offer any information, about facilities, wifi, breakfast,...

Ok to stay on a budget, you wont find luxuries in here but all whats needes. We stayed on one of the master suites with 2 queen beds and a futon, you get a table, 4 chairs and a kitchenette with all needed to cook a meal. Skillets knife a small gas stove, sink, china and silverware for 4 people...

Dear EVANGELIONHD: Thanks for your review and observations. We are sorry about your bad experience with our shower. We are looking for a practical solution for the lack of pressure or rather uneven pressure in the shower of the upper suites (there is no problem in any other of our rooms). We solved the problem with a hydraulic pump but...

Once again my favourite boutique style hotel in the entire Yucatan. The staff, especially my friend Miguel, are top notch, very helpful, accommodating and service oriented. The rooms are nicely appointed to meet your expectations, spotlessly clean and well equipped including a room safe. The onsite restaurant offers a full menu and the food is good. This hidden gem is...

I stayed here waiting for family to arrive and stay in Playacar. This was a great spot to stay. There was a restaurant in the front. The room was a good size and had a safe. There was a refrigerator and tv. TV worked but there was no cable or stations. It's a short walk to the center of town...

We just checked in today but so far we're very happy with the place. The accommodations are nice, the price is right, and it's in a great location, close to just about everything you could want. But the real jewel of this place is Israel. He helped check us in and got us set up with a lot of things...

I love this place and come back every time I am in the Yucatan!!! The Taco place (Tacos.com) a few doors down has the best freshest tacos around! Coffee shop in the center of town is fabulous and the small town feel makes you want to stay!!! Rooms are great ~ staff are accommodating and the community is perfect!
