Warm welcome from the staff, escorted to our lovely room by the manager. This is one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. The staff were all lovely, really friendly and helpful all the time. We stayed two nights, and went on safari drives in Ranthambhore both days. The staff were genuinely interested to hear what we'd seen, and they really couldn't have been nicer!
Really comfortable bed, hot water when needed, food good.
Our only minor niggle was that drinking water in the room came in plastic bottles rather than being filtered. We asked about this and the manager said he was happy to provide filtered water rather than plastic bottles if asked, but that mostly people didn't ask for it. We suggested putting a little card out saying that safe, filtered water is always available. Also our laundry came back wrapped in plastic bags, but I'm sure that will also be sorted out.

We stayed at Juna Mahal and had an absolutely wonderful experience. Very happy with the overwhelming approach by the staff especially Mr. Avijit Banerjee (GM ) who truly supported us during our complete stay. They took care of us from the moment we checked in at the hotel, it made our experience extremely pleasurable. When we arrived we were welcomed with fresh drinks to refresh us. We were then brought to our beautiful room (each room has its own unique state of art) that was very spacious and furnished with basic amenities. The view from the terrace was outstanding and soothing, surrounded by a lovely view of Aravalli hills and lush green forest . Kids loved splashing around all day with indoor games. I was impressed by all of the staff within the hotel. The staff ensured that our room was immaculate on a daily basis and the front desk representative was very responsive and also extremely helpful. Would love to visit this place again !!!!

We stayed at Juna Mahal on 26 and 27 February 2020 - what a find! We had a lovely room with balcony overlooking farmland and the most delightful staff who couldn't have been more helpful.
Being just outside the main town it is wonderfully quiet and relaxing and the attention to guest details is really good. I have an allergy to coriander and the catering staff went out of their way to make sure I had plenty of choice of food.
I would thoroughly recommend this hotel - and we saw tigers!

Very excellent service, specially the GM, made sure to check on us, and kept the staff on toes for all the guest. It was comfortable stay n it was worth value for, I specifically enjoyed the local cultural program arranged, it was truly amazing to see local community was being supported by the hotel. I would like more visit to this place with my friends. Keep up the good work.

Hotel Juna Mahal was a fantastic stay. I am a female from the United States and traveled with two other female friends and we were blown away with the hotel. First off, the property is beautiful, clean and extremely well kept that it was more than satisfactory. Next, the staff was extremely accommodating with everything we needed. They helped us organize our safari tours for us without having to do any of the heavy lifting and I thought that was a great touch. The food and service was outstanding and they even had a traditional music show arranged for us one of the evenings during dinner. I would highly recommend this property if you are visiting Ranthambore National Park because it was safe and a great accommodation!! 5 stars all around!!

Overwhelmed by the hospitality of the staff, we were upgraded by Mr.Manohar for our 2 D stay. Food was made jain as per our pre request and entire Staff was courteous and made our stay memorable. They have a nearby facility for driver stay (chargeable basis) so one can come with own car too.

An ancient feel about the propoerty; quiet and thus, very relaxing. Food is North indian and only North indian. Hence can be a off putting after a few days. Fantastic staff- always ready to help. The pool is well designed.
For Safari, sandwhiches and fruits were packed for us as early as 6:30 am

Extremely friendly staff and neat and clean property to stay during your Tiger Safari. Special mention for the dining area staff and housekeeping as well. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. Nice antique decor lends a charm to the Haveli. Food service is excellent , tasty and well presented even if ordering it for in-room dining.
A few pointers to improve the stay further- Swimming pool area needs to be better equipped and cleaner. A dedicated Bar area and some lively activities in evenings will add to the ambience. Internet service can be faster than what it was. A pleasant stay overall.

Excellent hotel, the staff are very attentive and will do their best to meet your requests (even going to pick fresh mint at 10pm at night). The food was good and had a good variety for breakfast, lunch and dinner and would make extra on request. The grounds are great and excellent hotel layout.

Convenient to Ranthambore National Park, hotel Juna Mahal is a grand structure with a ton of charm, friendly staff, and a huge beautiful pool.
It's located close to the park, yet feels removed from the bustle of the entrance.
The staff are uniformly friendly.
Outstanding restaurant staff led by Mohan, Ajay, and colleagues - who couldn't have been more welcoming and accommodating, even of one in our group who had a significant dairy allergy (special dishes prepared, etc). The food was simply exceptional and abundant.
