Hotel Bar has served half cup of coffee and asked to pay £3.60 when I have asked for a full receipt bar tender informed that they have run out of paper. Rooms without air conditioning system if you would like colder - just open window. On other page - reception staff really nice and helpful.

I was relocated here because of failings in the hotel I had been recommended and I can say without a shadow of a doubt this was by far the superior hotel. Whilst the hotel decor is tired in places, everything else is first class. The staff were welcoming and friendly from the start and could not do more to help. The restaurant was equally as pleasing. The chicken dish I had was probably the best I had tasted in the world, well done! I would certainly recommend this hotel.

I'm partly disabled, good room, met my needs and requirements. Staff very friendly, welcoming, respectful and friendly. Breakfast top notch and hit the spot, thanks to an excellent kitchen and the attention to detail of Lynda and the front of house team.

Room was a generous size with all the facilities available that you would want. Breakfast was excellent with staff helpful (particularly Linda), and the whole experience was fuss free and how it should be. I have stayed here previously and it has would stay here again. Would give it 5 stars except the bar menu is restricted and a bit pricey, as a result went out for tea rather than eat in the hotel which I have done on previous visits
