Beautiful place to relax away from the hectic life in city. Mr.Goutham was very cooperative and obliging for all our requirements. Took us for a study tour of coffee plantation and arranged van for our site seeing places nearby which was breathtaking. Will visit again.
Me along with my friends had been to Sakleshpura to spend time with friends. One of my friend who had visited earlier had suggested Hema koota home stay. It's an awesome place to stay have fun with friends. Stay at Hema koota was so much enjoyable away from the city to a lush greenery place and to top it all the ambiance, the food was a special treat for all that each meal was different and also the taste was also very good. Mr Gowtham had provided additional items for food when asked for. Very kind, homely environment our stay was. Would suggest the best place to stay anyone visiting sakleshpura.
Visited the place earlier this month with group of friends 10 of us. Beautiful vintage style architecture of the place just makes you fall in love with the place instantly. Not to mention the great food and lovely hospitality by Gowtham and his family. Gowtham also takes care to arrange for visits, also walked us all around the coffee and cardamon plantations.. A great place for an outing with family or friends!!! Thank you Mr. Gowtham! Can't wait to be back there again!!
This was our first experience in a homestay and we where pleasantly charmed by the hospitality of Gautham and Manu. The best was the delicious and variety of dishes we where served with such love. The garden area is beautifully done and an ecosystem in its own. The rooms are very basic and a tad bit smaller for a family of 3 to move around.would have felt crowded if the adjacent rooms where occupied. the place doesn't come with a view if you are looking for but is very close to multiple viewpoints. If you are willing to give a chance to new cuisine new people this is a gem,but if you expect luxury you might be disappointed. My only disappointment was the stiff bed and pillow.
One should visit this beautiful homestay to understand what hospitality means. It's wonderful heritage property, which is superbly maintained. Mr. Gowtham and Mrs. Manu are the warmest hosts, I have to specially mention the food that Mrs.Manu prepares. It's outstanding. Can't wait to visit this place soon...

What an amazing place to visit!!.. We visited Hemakoot over the weekend and just couldn't have enough of it. We were 7 adults and 2 children. Very ambient and clean place. Excellent food topped by great hospitality. We were blessed to have the weather by our side which the trip even better. The Owner was kind enough to suggest us some breath-taking places and helped us with the transportation as well. We now officially have a getaway home. :) Thank you for the great experience.

It was after 7years we were trying a homestay. Mr. Gowtham & family were so caring. We did not feel that we were staying away from home. My wife almost forgot that it is a homestay! You have option to be at home relax, read a book, or even some other creative work. Those who want to see and enjoy nature, that's also possible with many options nearby. Very good for a digital detox if you are not using Jio or BSNL connection. :)
