It's not at all worth of money, there is no proper service provided, while booking they will tell list of activities but in reality not even one activities will not be there. Beds are not clean. No proper maintenance at all. Worst experience
This place makes you forget all the stress and worries and makes you feel you're in another world. The rooms were very clean. The food was very good compared to other resorts. The view from every corner of this resort is amazing. We had a morning trek to a near by hill which was a good experience. Very courteous staff and manager. Highly recommended for Family and couples.
this is my second time stay in Jenukallu. I rate this as one of the best place to stay in sakleshpur reason being the the beautiful nature, service , room quality and food. View from the room is amazing . The resort has only 8 rooms .Place is surrounded by lush greenery and coffee estates. This is located 1 hour away from the sakleshpur city . If you are looking for lots of privacy, peace, tasty local food , clean room then i strongly recommend the place. Resort looks more beautiful in the evening after they switch on the lights on the path to the restaurant/ reception area. Food is authentic local cuisine and very tasty. Looking forward to travel again during the winter.
The cottages were spacious and clean and the toilets clean. The food was very good and the staff friendly. However, there was a lack of transparency with respect to pricing. We were got given any idea of charges for twin occupancy, tripe occupancy or four to a cottage occupancy. We later realised that we were not offered a fair deal and felt cheated. All the good work of the staff at the resort was spoilt by the lack of transparency and care for the customer by the marketing team that does the book. The walk from the cottages to the dining area was tedious and difficult for the older people in our group. The rates are too expensive for the facilities offered.
We visited in Oct and the climate was excellent. Jenukallu's location is its biggest plus and no doubt it offers great views of the sprawling landscape and hills. We enjoyed the trek, pool and the ambience very much. Rooms were good with decent bathrooms. They have good facilities to keep you engaged during the stay, some of the adventure activities are charged extra and is not included in the standard tarriff. Food was a huge let down and also the reason for one star being less here. We were provided a welcome drink that tasted like it was made of rotten lemons. During the lunch they removed the non veg gravy that was supposed to be cooked for our group (we were the only visitors on this day) before everyone had completed the lunch. Options for vegeterions was even more limited, lacked quality and taste both. Dinner was also ordinary as well. Breakfast we felt met the expectations and justified the charges being levied. If I had the opportunity to visit this region again, I am more likely to choose another resort.…
We, group of 37 people were visited last week. It was simply an awesome experience in staying there. All the calm ness and helping approach from the staff were really need to be praised. In our four days of stay, they never showed in displeasure. Food was really awesome..... I would definitely suggest this place.
One of the best resort I have visited till now. The resort staffs were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. a very good place to relax and chill. The scenery was beautiful .Our stay at the hotel was from 18/07/2019 to 21/07/2019.He made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. They accompanied us to the Forest trucking and we had a great time together. All respect for him who does a great job here. Excellent hospitality and also good food.
Reached this place on 2nd June. A warm climate at day and bit cold at night. Cottage was clean and it had all the necessary essentials. Food was good (no spice) and even my 2-year-old liked the food.Slush volleyball, zip line, trekking and rope climbing activity is available at a nominal price. A man made waterfall and a pond is available but it had leeches so we didnt take our son to this place.Staff was quite friendly, one of them even helped me to take my son to the hill nearby. My son loved the zip line activity. Separate campfire was given to families and bachelors. You can order snacks for the evening by paying extra. Bring your own drinks(alcohol) as it not available anywhere nearby. Stay was so relaxing and would love to go this place again. Note: Try to add more activities like skate board and zorbing as you guys have enough place for it. Even a spa would be wonderful.…
Stayed in Jenukallu for 1 day and it was blissful. The food was very good and we trekked to a near by hilltop early in the morning and the staff was very friendly. Though the drive to the resort is slightly difficult.
Nice Place. Food is average, not tasty. Rooms are clean and spacious. Travel to this place is a bit tough. The roads are also not proper to get to the place. Campfire facilities is average. One time visit.
