No phone, No TV, No wifi. Decent cottages which can sleep 3 ppl amidst nature. Staff is v friendly and assist well. Food is average. Definitely needs to improve. They take you on a trek depending on your ability. Lots of leaches! They have 4W adventure drive which is good, additional cost. Sleep quality is average since mattress is just ok and curtains are v bad. They are v thin, so sunlight comes through early morning and worst part is no privacy. No foot mats near bathroom door. We were a gang of 7 people and only guests there, so we really enjoyed.

A wonderful location in the middle of a thick forest far away from the crowds! We spent a wonderful weekend at this nicely designed and maintained resort. While approaching the resort, the road looked like any other drive but the last few kilometers changed everything. It was a wonderful off road drive in a 4x4 jeep that rocked us like toys!!!!!!!!!!! The cottages are cozy and compact and provided all necessary amenities. As it is in a very remote location the resort offers accommodation on a full-board basis only. Staff are very cooperative and food was more like home cooked. A trek of about 3 km to the nearby peak through a genuine patch of rain forest and natural stream and water falls was the highlight of activities arranged by them. We were kept on tender hooks all the way during the trek as it was a scary leech country and some of us had a taste of those suckers, too!!!!!!!!!!!! Overall a very relaxing and rejuvenating trip it was.

A very beautiful place. The approach is not very good though specially if it rains it's really difficult.but it's all worth it once you are here.. Loved the homely food. Akki roti and Kori roti to be specific.. Rooms are decent and well maintained . The trek was good just that lot of leeches .. but the guide has some spray which he keeps spraying to help out.. the mountain was breathtaking.. so it was all worth it. A total detox from phones.. TV .. WiFi .. emails . There's absolutely no connection expect at certain areas.. but then you actually start to play .. talk.. and enjoy.. A must visit for workaholics for a good break..

We stayed at T&D for two days during the first of Nov ’18 with a group of 6 families that includes a few kids all less than 5 years old. It’s a place where you see green all around and deep away from the urban area. You need to off road about 4 KMs which is not really bad unless it is raining and if you have a good ground clearance car. We had three i20 Elite and 1 Honda City that we drive all the way down until the resort without any troubles. They will also offer a pickup and drop if needed. We stayed there for two overnights and can give an average rating based on our experience. Pros- The location: Wonderful view around and close to nature. The place is deep inside a forest and you can see only the greenery, hills all around. Staffs: Everyone out there is really friendly and helpful. The folks in the kitchen are very nice and ready to accommodate any special request like hot water, kids food etc. Off-Road trip: This is the best part here and we had a magnificent real off-road experience. It is a MUST try if you visit T&D. Morning trucking: We couldn’t go for trucking since it was told leaches are there on the way. Since we have kids less than 2-year-old, we gave up. Otherwise, it is a must try here. Cons – The food: The quality and choices of food are very poor. You must need to improve a lot in the quality of food that you serve. The veg folks in our group were really disappointed and left with no option other than having a bit of rice with curd. Nonveg dry items were too salty. It was all tasted like someone trying to learn cooking in your kitchen. You really need to appoint a good chef! Kids play area: We felt that the place is not that welcoming for kids less than 5 years old. There is a trampoline for younger kids other than that you see NOTHING! Swimming Pool: They call it as a natural pool but we felt it was just an artificial pool without a proper maintenance. The water was contaminated and no one was got into the pool during our stay. Rooms hygiene: The bedrooms are good and spacious enough, however, the bathroom hygiene should improve a lot to feel good for a family especially with kids. The bath towels were too old and need better attention to it. Recommend to bring your own! 4x4 jeep for an off-road drive: We got a really bad open jeep for our off-road. It was supposed to be a closed 4x4 jeep but they arranged an open jeep for us and it was difficult to manage with kids. We had to separate the kids and ladies to another jeep to accommodate only gents to open jeep. Do confirm your jeep availability in advance. In a nutshell – (based on our own experience ) It is not worth what we paid. It is undoubtedly the best place for bachelors, groups of couples but not so good for family with kids especially less than 5 years old. They should give more importance to the quality and choice of food, a neat and good pool area, and a little more attention to having safe kids play area. I would be happy to go back here but not until my kid turns 5!

Thank you for your review. Most of these points noted down and we are working towards improvement. A. We do not use any artificial ingredients or taste enhancers in preparation of food. We use only farm fresh vegetables and meat. B. Kids Play Area will be improved. C. Swimming Pool is natural water - due to heavy rain fall, some sledge have entered the pool during your stay. It will be soon upgraded. D. Rooms hygiene - point noted and will implement hygienic standards immediately. We appreciate your prompt review and we always welcome you back.
