This resort is nestled inside a coffee estate. It is around 30 min drive by road from Sakleshpur railway station. There are lot of open spaces and internal roads to hang out, take a stroll, etc. Rooms were in various categories depending on the view, space area, etc. We stayed in one of the heritage thottimane rooms. Each of the heritage thottimane category spaces had 4 rooms within a big area and a central thotti (small tank) for collection of rainwater. Restaurant is centrally located, quite big and it is a walk of around 150mtrs from the nearest room. The breakfast spread was very good. They had an in-house singing talent by the name Ajay who sang a repertoire of old and modern bollywood and a couple of Kannada songs during dinner. He had very good voice and kept us engaged. There were 2 swimming pool - one big and the other smaller one. The smaller pool was heated, even though open to atmosphere. The bigger pool looked clean from outside but was considerably unclean. We found a dead frog floating near the pool floor, some insects, etc. To add to this, they played loud music from big speakers which was quite noisy. They need to focus on these things. The entire staff at the restaurant, housekeeping and maintenance staff, were very courteous with a special mention of Kiran (at the restaurant) and the hotel's General Manager.

Stayed here for 2 days with family. It's located away from the city crowd and noise. You wake up here listening to birds dawn chorus and crickets chirping. Front desk was very helpful, service is top notch. What we enjoyed the most is the morning nature walk, the pool and sitting near the sunset point. The rates are little on higher side and with that I would expect at least bathtub, ironing equipment and hair dryer. Food is good and you have to take the food from here since there is nothing nearby and driving back is also not easy since few hundred meters from the resorts the roads are not built.

I stayed in this property a week back with my family. While booking, I was worried as there was no review, being a newly launched property but still wanted to give it a try as pictures were really attractive.
I must say that after checking in, I felt happy for my choice. This property is still under construction and only few of the rooms have been launched for booking. Its a nicely built resort with branded furnishing, quality construction, neat & clean washrooms and decent staff to take care of guests. Approach road from main road was also very convenient (unlike most of such resorts which have rough bumpy rides from main roads) except the 50 meter patch just next to the resort main gate.
Again, they have good kitchen staff headed by Mr. Aman who made this stay even more comfortable and pleasant as food was really tasty (including north Indian Cuisine). Delhi paneer for dishes at this remote location was never an expectation for a north Indian like me and we were surprised to get it there.
Overall, an excellent, comfortable and paisa wasool family stay at great location, nice property and tasty food...

The road leading to the hotel is very narrow and needs repair and taring. Tar is not laid on the last segment of the road that reaches the Resort. Its manageable with a SUV but small cars or cars with low ground clearance may have issue.
The resort is located on the top of the cliff and has a nice scenic view. The view in the backdrop of infinity swimming pool is amazing. The facility is well built but poorly managed.
The front desk is very slow, under staffed and also not trained to handle the customers. It took 30min to complete the check-in process though the room was ready. The hotel seems to be understaffed as we noticed many staff doing multi tasking and taking different roles.
The Buffet menu at the restaurant lacks the variety, taste and quality of food. The service at the restaurant was good. We ordered lunch from the A' la' carte menu and it was freshly prepared and served to us. We liked the taste of the A' la carte menu and not the buffet bf and buffet dinner. Special thanks to staff - Kiran, Aneesh, and another north girl who made sure the service at the restaurant was good.
The resort consists of 36 rooms. Most of the rooms are facing the western ghats with a beautiful view. In our room the telephone was not working and even after reporting several times it was not repaired. Though the facility is well constructed but lacks maintenance. I observed a cost cutting in the maintenance of the resort and the staff is not well trained to manage the resort. The house keeping service is very poor. We could notice the fans and ACs were having lot of dust.
Before visiting this resort we stayed in Rosetta resort which is a true 5-star property with 5-star service. We could see a drastic difference in service the moment we entered the Trishvam Tapovana resort. Though google rates the resort as 4- star and the charges are also as per the 4-star standards. I would say its a 4-start property managed by a 2-star team effectively making it a 2-star rated property. Management needs to relook and make necessary corrections before it is too late.

The service and food are extremely good. Mr. Manohar, the manager, is very courteous and took good care of us. Chef Anil Kumar and his team made sure that the food was tasty and with good standards of hygiene.
The location of the resort is great. The amenities for recreation are a little lacking, however, it is a good place to relax and rejuvenate.
There were some issues with electricity and Wi-Fi, but those were resolved.
Come here to get away from the busy city life.

Booked Heritage Thottimane room via Agoda but when we landed at the hotel, we were given a very claustrophobic room with no balcony and no view. Their website mentions that room has balcony/terrace but it seems only 2 out 4 rooms have balcony. After paying the price for a good room they could not provide either the booked room nor were any asks for refund entertained. Thanks to Agoda customer service, I could get my second day’s stay cancelled. Food was mediocre. The hotel seems to be charging a price for location but room was a turn off. Spoiled our family vacation. Please check before you reach there which room they are offering.

Had a very good experience at stay here. View point in the property is simply superb. We got to experience the misty weather right at the property couple of times. Live karoke night by Ajay creates a very pleasant dinning experience, he is very talented and was singing wide varieties of songs. Anish in restaurant was considerate to take customized request interms of food as we were traveling with a kid who is choosy in his food. Anand and his team were welcoming right from the beginning and helped us throughout our stay.

We went as a group of 7 family members , it’s quite inside but offers a beautiful view of the mountains. The location of the resort is aces and they have created a very open set up of the resort. Their property is good with decent sized rooms and balconies with some of them facing the Mountain View’s. They have a South Indian style setup for rooms with four rooms in corner and an open courtyard in the centre . Pros 1. An open gaming area with several games to keep everyone occupied 2. A lovely sunset viewing point very easily accessible 3. Decent breakfast spread. 4. Didn’t find many insects or mosquitoes on the property.
Couple of issues - 1. Service isn’t as good and prompt 2. Buffet food is average and slightly slow . 3. Room cleaning isn’t up to the mark at all.

Good property with different types of rooms(heritage, hill top, villa) all are good, We stayed for two days and experienced two different rooms. Buggy facility is there. Small trecking experience too. Ajay knows what exactly hospitallity means. Even Franklin GM of the the property is very humble and understand the guests needs if any special requirements. Same with Anand. Over all nice experience with minor initial issue with lunch but everything sorted out by dinner.
