Another woman friend and I decided to stay in this charming Villa instead of a friend's home. Glad we did. The service couldn't have been kinder. Right on the Malacon so we could walk to everything and if we needed a taxi the concierge ordered one for us right away. The only thing we were frustrated about was the cable...

Every member of the staff behaved as if we were beloved members of the family. The service was excellent. Rooms are charming with a musical theme and breakfast was good and healthy, complementary, or you could order from the menu for a very reasonable addition. The manager was our taxi driver to the airport! He wanted to get feedback for...

This is a very nice boutique hotel Beautiful hotel and ground, the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The front desk and managers are great, a good mixture of people, very helpful. The location is unbeatable, walking distance to everywhere.

I was shocked at the price at first, but then I understood why it was expensive: it is kind of luxurious and elegant, with and antique touch and excellent beds. In fact, the bed was the best part, I slept very well with the sheets and pillows provided. The bathroom is big and the shower great. It is located right...

We only stayed for 1 night on our way through, Excellent staff both friendly and helpful. As we were basically the only ones in the hotel they upgraded us to suite with a large balcony. The room was large with a king size bed. The bed was of average comfort and the pillows a little lumpy. The Wi-Fi was intermittent....

One of the most relaxing hotels I have visited. Hard to describe the wonderful other era feel. Each room is named, we stayed in the "opera room" with a balcony overlooking Lake Chapala. The beds are out of this world comfy and I think they have a fireplace in every room which they will light if you happen to be...

This has been our past go-to spot when we wanted to run away from home. The facilities remain lovely.....if u look past the hole in our bathroom wall;...

We had vacationed in Chapala to check it out as a possibility for retirement. This hotel has only a few rooms, on 2 floors, (no elevator) all in different decorated themes. It was recommended to us. We stayed in the Alma Latina room because we needed 2 beds (3 of us). I believe all the other rooms only had 1...

This hotel is in a perfect location along the strand with small but comfortable rooms/bathroom, good beds and assorted pillows, high quality linens and towels, dependable housekeeping, complimentary refills of bottled water, showers with good water pressure and ample hot water, friendly service from the staff, and a small but decent continental breakfast served daily on a lovely patio.
