really nice staff, the best location by the sea. Cheap compared to other Cities, easy to go to down town. Really quiet. Easy to get to know locals. Beach is perfect for children. Nice dining places in 10 min walking. Best time to travel is most likely before March..

Very happy with our stay here. Writing this now at the end of our 2 weeks stay. The Hotel is situated in a very quite area. Friendly and polite staff. Helpful with sorting out various bits, like getting taxis etc. Spacious room with a large balcony. the hotel has a somewhat tired look, not squeaky clean exactly, but still over-all...

I'm undoubtedly staying here now, paid a great deal of money. Staff is arrogant, food terrible and it's in the middle of nowhere. Room big and clean. Nice terrace outside with chairs and a subbed. Worth the money? NO!!!!

We visited for 5 days, first impressions were that the hotel was very quiet. We only saw 4 other guests in 24 hours. At dinner on our first night we were the only ones in the dining room. The food was satisfactory but not the best we had ever had so the next night decided to try the restaurants at...

A nice hotel in the calm area of Khao Lak. It's about 15 minutes with taxi from the central parts of Khao Lak. The hotel is very close to the sea. The only thing in between is a sparsely used road. But, the hotel also have som disadvantages. Our AC broke down two times during our stay. The staff fixed...

We stayed in Grand Southsea hotel for our holiday in Khaolak, Thailand. There's many mixed reviews about this hotel but it's perfect as a place to sleep and keep your things. We stayed in a double room and the room itself was very big and the bed!! The room was very clean and the shower is big. There is a...

Nice budget hotel, don't pay more than £70 for it though even in peak December. We had 2 massive suitcase which we left by reception to be carried to us and was dismayed to see a young girl carrying it to our floor, 6 flights of steps. There's no lift. I decided to do it myself at the end, as...
