Yesterday we went to this hotel for lunch 50 pax. We check with management can you accommodate 50 pax. They agreed.They ask us to sit on the main restaurant.But later on they ask us to move to roof garden we agreed.We ordered the food but after two hours we did not get food ,later we got food it was taste less & spoiled food, even thali meals costly but its smell bad and taste like spoiled..And also we 30 thali meals but they provide 20 thali meals at time because they don't have enough plates & culinarys .They spoiled our entire tour, time,ours fun.We never recommend restaurant like this. Raitinting 00000.Very pure performance.They are not capable for this business. Thank you for bad service..

The hotel is budget hotel ,which we can consider as an average hotel The staff is friendly The ammenities are not so good and the ambience in the rooms can not be compared to good 3 star hotels. The food in the restaurant is very spicy and chilli ,you have to be very specific while ordering. Not much options for the vegetarians in the food menu.

It is a good hotel with alacarte food service. The food is good in the restaurant, the quantity is enough and a single person may not be able to finish it. The rooms and all are good, clean along with the basic facilities like TV, hot water kettle etc. It is on the road, around 1 hr distance from the airport. It is close to Kochi Refinery.

Very neat and clean hotel, cordial staff, overall a wonderful stay, food is excellent. stayed for 2 nights.hotel is in the heart of the city. public transport easily available,staff can speak hindi english, malayalam tamil, very convenient for tourists .

We are an old couple, settled in the Netherlands. We come to Thripoonithura once a year to visit our family. We are very happy to have found such a modern and efficient hotel in an otherwise a small Indian town. I travel the world often and I can vouch for the quality of NM Royal County. Very friendly place. We look forward to coming here again

As usual it was a really pleasant stay ,good service , good food .. We stayed for 3 nights .the breakfast was good as well as the food we ordered for dinner enjoyed it thoroughly ..will recommend it every one

I am a regular here whenever I visit Tripunithura. Sometime I feel I know everyone here and at times I see a new person serving you. Whatever, they have kept to their standards. I remember telling the waiter a dish I am so fond off but could never memorize the name haha I mean I would just explain it to them and they will get it the way I said. Also the next time you visit, the staff have it by heart , I am not joking. They know their customers, seriously man! Love it totally and a big thank you.

We have ordered fish curry of two varieties and both are brought in mud pot. The taste was excellent and we along with kids ate. The preparation took some time and it is understandable when they brought an excellent dish.

Rooms are good nice response from Reception while check in 2 Nice bars one with a snooker table good food @ rooms service only problem faced was breakfast was delayed and over all good service cheerss
