Had an amazing experience of staying at Wildcat Resort. Wonderful property for 2-3 night stay. The property is 30 mins drive from the Pangadi Core Gate while Zari gate would be roughly an hour drive. Kolasa range of the Tadoba is one of the best and guaranteed sighting zone. Both Pangadi and Zari gates open into the Kolasa Range. Both gates have max 3-4 Safari Gypsies at any given time which makes tiger sightings a pleasure. We had 3 sightings in our 4 safaris. The Shivan male as well as the Kuani Female and her 2 cubs. Our package was inclusive of Food, and they served amazing meals all through the stay. Breakfast used to be packed for safaris before we leave. We had Sandwiches, Poha and Upma for our morning safaris. Lunch used to be Veg while Dinners were NonVeg. They also served Pakodas and tea after returning from Evening Safaris. The staff always ready to welcome you back from Safaris with a warm wet towel which is so refreshing. I think its these detail to small things which make your stay memorable. One feels welcomed every moment in every interaction. Not only is the property made with so much love, the wildcat staff showers even more affection on the guests. Their eagerness to know about your safari experience and their own stories and their experiences make you feel connected with the folks. Prerna ma'am who is the owner and her team, where always available to cater to our wishes.All the staff is local and yet Prerna has trained them superbly in Hospitality. They have a small farm on the resort where they grow their own veggies and the staff will be more than happy to walk you through. We loved our stay, be it the property, the food, the staff or the safaris, everything was 5-star. We will surely visit again. Not going to Moharli gate again after the sightings at Pangadi

Decided to visit Tadoba at short notice, Team@Wildcat guided me on booking Safari online. The Resort has around 5 Tadoba Safari Gates within 7-30Kms.
On reaching the Resort was welcomed with a refreshing drink and cold towels
Room had a very warm feel, it had all facilities TV, AC, Geyser, clean and well laid out bathroom. Cleanliness was dot on.
The Room includes 3 meals plus evening Tea with snacks. Food was tasty and on our request it was not too spicy. It felt like Home away from Home.
The whole team was very warm and receptive.

Would like to start with how well the trip was organized by our very own Sujeet (Steam Engine) ❤️❤️❤️ and Prashant (Wildcat Resort)
I always thought I am a beach person with some liking towards mountains. As you all know, I am from Himachal. Mountains are in my blood, but today I think I am a jungli person, and I know you all will agree. I left a piece of my heart at Tadoba jungle and can’t express how I feel today when I am not able to enjoy another safari 🥹. This could only be possible by my one and only oldest friend and bachpan ka pyaar, Sujeet Dongare.
Also, all the arrangements were world-class and worth every penny we spent. Starting with refreshing towels that we got when we were tired, to the wonderful beds where all the couples could have lovely sambhog or sex and others could sleep peacefully . The food was next level. Don’t know where to start from …. the kurkura papad to the warm roti to the tadke wali sabzi and dal and when we thought this was it magically came in the delicious deserts they were heaven for the taste buds.
Then when we thought the fun was over, but the tour manager (Sujeet/Prashant), excelled in their own expertise and arranged for a campfire with drinks and starters under the stars . Couldn’t have asked for anything else.
Great place , Serene view, Delicious Food and Warm Hospitality! Do visit this place once you have plans for Tadoba Tiger Safari, you will not be disappointed. Thnx Wildcat Resort Staffs and Steam Engine Tours for making this trip a memorable one!

I stayed at Wildcat Resort this past week and it was an amazing experience. The place is so clean and refreshing. The staff is so welcoming. It felt so peaceful the moment i arrived. The place is surrounded by greenery and you can hear the birds chirping all day long. The food at breakfast, lunch and dinner was great. The chef Anil would always come and ask for feedback and customize it accordingly. My favorite was the Mendu Vadas and the masala omlette. Poonam and Rajani did an excellent job serving to my liking and were always wearing a smile :-) The manager Prashant would frequently check if everything was ok. There was an incident when i was not able to figure out the hot water / geyser thing and the maintenance guy Ranjith quickly showed me how. Room service was on spot. They helped me with carrying my bags at both times, checking in to my room as well as at the time of checkout. The room was spacious. Had a large closet, a nice desk plus free wi-fi so i could work on my laptop a little, a verandah in the back to just sit and chill and enjoy nature. The best part was climbing up the machan or watch tower early in the morning and get a 360 degree view of the surrounding. Due to personal reasons I couldn't go on the Safari but it's on my list for next time. I am looking forward to visit again soon.

We had an absolutely wonderful time during our stay at Wildcat Tadoba. It began with Prerana handling my booking seamlessly, and then the hospitality at the resort was so warm...they treat you like family. It's the kind of hospitality you will not get with branded hotel chains because their approach is templatized and they miss the personal touch.
We booked two rooms, although one of them had a slight leakage in the bathroom, but it can be overlooked because the staff more than makes up for it with their service and how they treat guests. The food was lovely and home cooked. Prerna helped us book the safaris (we got Pangdi, Somnath and Shirkheda gates). The very popular gates are a little far from the resort but nothing that can't be reached. All in all, would recommend staying here.

This place exceeded our expectations. While I was apprehensive while booking at first place, the host Mrs. Prerna, gave a good sense of what to expect and it certainly exceeded our ( myself, wife n our two boys) expectations. Hospitality is at another level, the staff namely Sanjay (Manager) n his team of Manisha, Payal, Poonam and Amol were all at our service and ensured we felt special and went above and beyond to bring a smile on our faces.. We did 2 safaris (morning n evening) during our 3 night visit to Tadoba.. The property is nestled in the jungle area and has clean rooms with all the amenities you'd expect of a 4star property. The owners are v welcoming and have trained their staff to provide top class service. Our drive from Hyd to Tadoba was a breeze covering it in just under 9hours. We have decided to come back and enjoy a laid back time again in the coming future. I would recommend this to anyone who values the human connect, respect and simplicity. Not to forget the chef Ganesh is at his best in preparing mouth watering home cooked food. Mostly organic and grown in their backyard.

A highly recommended destination and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay of three nights. The location is scenic, beautifully maintained, and convenient for many of the starting points for the safaris. The best part of the stay was the staff, who made me feel as though I was visiting friends instead of staying at a hotel. The food was excellent, prepared fresh, and varied. A very nice place to stay. Very cosy rooms, clean and quiet. The staff are very kind, helpful and always smiling. The owner also comes to meet the guests, so gives the experience a personal touch. I will recommend WildCat to everyone staying near Tadoba, as it's near many of the gates for Safari.

Stayed at Wildcat Resort during last week of Jan'24. 2 night stay. The resort is located about 2.5 hrs drive from Nagpur. Mr. Prashant, the manager, was in constant touch with us throughout the journey and was there to greet us on arrival. The rooms with adequately large with a nice balcony facing the open fields at the back of the resort. The bathrooms were large and well supplied. Cottages are well spaced out and a nice central garden. A large orchard is located at the back of the resort. Special mention about rest of the staff namely Poonam, Rajni and Ranjeet who were always eager to help. The food was wholesome and good with no repetitions during our duration of stay. Wet face towels were provided whenever we returned from a Safari, as nice gesture. Evening high tea was along with a small bon fire and light music. Resort is located well with number of Park gates in close vicinity. The owners personally interacted with us and asked if everything was ok. Reliable taxi was arranged by the owners for the trip. Would definitely recommend.
