of the city MG Road is just two mins walk away from the hotel. Most importantly the balcony offers an amazing view of entire Gangtok. They have in house restaurant where both vegetarian and non vegetarian food is available, steam, sona, spa, hot tubs etc facilities are also available. Almost all amenities are available. Free WiFi is available, rooms have tea making facilities. The rooms are spacious, clean and well designed. The staff is very courteous, service is prompt, food is great! The hotel also gives cab booking services for your tour to Gangtok or near by places. Overall very comfortable stay and it is highly recommended

We booked two suits at prime, they were extremely spacious!!! Gangtok prime is a very very hygienic hotel with a very warm and welcoming staff. The food they serve is so damn good and at a very reasonable price. The view from the hotel is mesmerizing! Everything here from hygiene to food to view to staff is top tier. Also it's only a few steps away from the mall road.

It was great stay with good view from the room and food was delicious and perfect. Location of the hotel is good to communicate and Staff of the hotel is very helpful and attentive to help anytime. I will surely recommend and I will surely come back in my next visit.

Friendly accomodating staff with great hospitality sense. Any request from customers' side is dealt with much sincere efforts. Definitely looking forward to book the same hotel in our future visits and will surely recommend this hotel to our friends and family. It was a great experience to stay in this property for 3 nights. Hospitality was amazing,food was delicious, everyone has smiling faces which is a key of sucess in hospitality sector. Location is perfect for travellers. Parking is a bit issue here . Property is very clean & tourist friendly. Food served is delicious, but Need a little bit more improvement in restaurant service. .

Clean, cosy, spacious rooms with great service. Varsha had been superb and took care of every need we had. All other staffs from the reception, room service and restaurant were very polite and helping, special mention to the young lady who manages reception in the evening shift - had been superb with her recommendations of places to visit!
Hotel is situated in MG Marg, taxi stand is outside the hotel - location is a big plus. Will plan to visit again.

Great location to communicate with transport and MG market is walkable distance. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Food was good ans great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. Me and parents really enjoyed our stay and especially thanks to all staff for making our stay good and comfortable.
