There are hotels that pride themselves for their service and there are hotels that pride themselves for the food they serve. But then, once a while, you come across an establishment that is an epitome of a perfect marriage of both food and services. Pipul Padmaja Premium is one such hotel that i have been privileged to have stayed in. Needless to say, I will not only recommend my friends and family to stay here but also treat myself to a familiar delight when I travel again to this neck of the town. Special mention to Mr Priyadarshini Das and his team for exceptional service towards their guests.

I stayed at Pipul Padmaja Premium, Bhuvneshwar twice for my business trip in December and January 2023. I was amazed with the heartwarming hospitality that I was offered at both instances. The staff was so welcoming and warm. They always greeted with smile and tried to help and accomodate to the needs. I would specially like to mention Bhavani, and Ajay. They were really warm, guided and helped us about the local attractions, food and cultural events that we should attend during our stay in Bhubaneswar. And their cafe it's excellent. Overall my stay with pipul padmaja has been great.

The overall ambience of the hotel is welcoming. The spaciousness of the foyer and the rooms is v good. The infinity swimming pool looks beautiful on the rooftop. The breakfast in the 1st floor restaurant has a large variety and main dishes are changed daily. The variety serves foreign nationals well. Some times one has to ask for warmer food but over all the experience is good and satiating. The only challenge here is that the restaurant is kept way too dark at all times. It is some what depressing especially at breakfast hours. Natural light is accesible but shut out. I wonder why the management chooses to do that. Some of the breads could be softer and better quality overall. The rooms are v well appointed including complimentary cookies and the regular amenities a business traveler may need. However, stayed here twice and both times the WiFi wasn't great on the 3rd floor rooms with zoom calls dropping or patchy. This needs a bit of attention. The towels could be of better quality too! Anything requested in room including food and housekeeping takes a lot of time of reach ! Long waiting times can be off putting! The cafe on the ground floor is a great place to work and have a hefty and delicious chicken Kathi roll and ginger tea! And w plenty of sunlight too. The staff , right from security to reception to housekeeping is gentle and warm. Special mention here of Ms. Bhabani (reception), Ms. Mamta (housekeeping supervisor), Mr. Vikas (reception) and Mr Ajay (housekeeping), who have been courteous and helpful at all times. Would definitely go back to stay here and look forward to the small but important improvements suggested above. :)…

Get Prepared for Early check in sometimes for me it's always a early morning train. Rest of the things are quite good for me. Food are bit costly here, some times i dint get the food what I wanted may ne because of late night order.

The hotel is very nice and clean and the staff is extremely warm. They’re always eager to help. The rooms are spacious as well as the bathrooms. The hotel is also located in an area that makes Bhubaneshwar accessible on foot and by road. A good stay overall.
