Lovely hotel and garden with attractive pool area. The staff were friendly and efficient and keen to make your stay as relaxing as possible. It's a great place to chillout or use as a base to visit Tuscany. We had some delicious meals out based on the hotels recommendations for local restaurants. Our superior double room was huge and very...

We were so excited for this hotel and so disappointed. The grounds are beautiful and the reception area as well as the view. The room was dark and dingy. There was a bug under my pillow that I've never seen before. The shower head in our bathroom didn't work so you had to use the hand held nozzle which is...

Dear Guest, we are sorry to read that you was disappointed by Campomaggio. To answer your critics, in this case very subjective anyway, let me remind you that we are an Hotel in the middle of the countryside, so may happen that an insect goes in by the window, a fly, a mosquito or a butterfly, or a ladybug as...

This hotel is really amazing! Wonderful peaceful location and fantastic staff. I truly recommend this hotel if you would like to switch off your brains and body for few days and refill batteries. Only Wi-Fi could work faster: but this is on one hand disadvantage, but on the other hand advantage. :) Location is also perfect for trips around hotel:...

One has to research a little bit and the effort is highly rewarding. Such was our discovery of villa Campomaggio. While booking it, I was unsure what to even expect but then the mind was set to accept whatever comes. And it was most memorable stay in Italy. Upon arrival the receptionist greeted with her big smile and explained how...

Really relaxed villa and great spa area. Very friendly and helpful staff made you feel very relaxed and at ease. We ate at the villa; a huge plate of meats, another of cheeses, pasta all wonderful - and of course the wine! We could have stayed much longer! Great outdoor pool and gardens with plenty of spots to sit in...

We could not have asked for a more picturesque way to spend our honeymoon that at this place. The scenery was surreal, the staff friendly and accommodating, and that facility was clean and top notch. Great food and wine were both served here, and the cities and vineyards in the surrounding area offered plenty to do and see. We will...

We stayed in Villa Campomaggio a couple months back for our anniversary and it was beautiful! The views, room and staff could not have been any better! We spent 3 days here and was a great place to relax and try some of the local Chianti wines. They also provide great recommendations of nearby vineyards and castles to visit too....

This property exceeded all of my hopes and dreams. From the beautiful scenery, quaint Italian Villa and location in the Tuscan countryside. Only a 30 minute drive into Florence. From this location, we were able to enjoy wine tasting, outdoor markets in small hill towns, Siena, San Gimignano, and access the train from Florence to Venice. The staff is friendly...

This hotel was a jewel in the middle of Tuscany. The scenery around the hotel was beautiful. We were in the middle of lush vineyards and trees. The staff were exceptional! Carlotta, Stefania and Chiara were extremely friendly. The free breakfast offered a variety of foods from eggs, meats and cheeses, fresh grilled vegetables, fresh fruit, cereals, breads and pastries...
