Rooms: We stayed in the premium rooms and these were very spacious. The rooms had a nice sit-out area overlooking green farms. Amenities in the room could have been better and were provided only when requested.
Food: The food was delicious but more options could be added.
The hotel has good space and a garden which could be used by the guests to play outdoor games. Overall a very good hotel to stay
There were lot of mosquitoes in the room when we checked in. I asked the room service to use electric racket, spray hit and put “all out”. Once this was sorted we had a comfortable and safe stay in the hotel.
They had an accommodation for the driver and they provided him mattress and quilt free of charge.
We had a delicious freshly cooked meal by the bonfire at a roadside vegetarian dhaba called Mannat which was very close to the hotel.
Everything about the property was good.
1. No valet parking and no one to receive u or ur luggage on the gate;
2. Seepage at many places in the hotel;
3. No slippers or bath kit, u may get one only if u insist( I got room slippers);
4. Latch is there but no chain and it was like this in atleast 2 out of 3 rooms(3rd room I didn’t checked)
5. Didn’t get hot water despite housekeeping confirming the same on 2nd day though it was available for other rooms
6. On 2 occasions tea was either provided by reheating the one already prepared by them or with green color(as per restaurant manager it was cause of full cream milk 😀)
7. Play area has limited facility and pool table was damaged
8. Food is tasty but they take lot of time to prepare it
9. Location is bit isolated and on first day itself I asked Ibibo CCE to cancel my 2Nd day stay, they checked with hotel and informed that they r not ready to cancel it and since I had made 100pcnt payment in advance, I had no option but kill time there
Pl don’t just go on name but apply your mind...
I am giving 2 stars for the staff’s polite nature and that they were ready to listen the shortcomings we found there...
They did it with me.
2. For hot water in washroom you have to call operator everytime even at midnight.. else use cold water even in winters when temperature is 5 degree

About the room, though we had a private balcony, but the views were not that great as it overlooks nearby houses and wetlands. In the room, we had closet, electronic safe, TV with Tata sky, Mini-fridge, a sofa, chair, table, Comfy bed, Centralized AC with in room control but I think ceiling fan should also be there! Bathroom had shower; Toiletries are dispenser type which were already filled.
Requested for a TV recharge which took some time as I had to keep reminding them 2, 3 times. No hot water in the bathroom and when requested we were given hot water bucket.
Food was OK, some items good (Moong dal halwa, Aloo Poori, Gatta Curry), some items ok (like Mix veg, Mutton curry, Poha, Sambhar) Pool was closed due to COVID.
They have kept a billiards table on the 1st floor hall which is in dire need of maintenance. Apart they had carrom & TT.
D.O.S.: 31 Jul-1 AUG Overall, a nice experience.
The hotel has plenty of parking.
We ordered dinner and the restaurant staff readily accodomodated my child's request for a dish not on the dinner buffet. They did not charge extra for it.
The buffet breakfast had a huge, delicious spread too.
This hotel is a few km away from the bird park..so we had to drive down (hardly 5 mins) to the gates and take a rickshaw inside.
The only reason I'm not giving it a 5 star rating is because we found the front desk staff to be cold and unfriendly when we inquired about arranging rickshaws and the logistics to go to the park in the morning.
They have the audacity to tape the lamp shades and entertain new guests with used beddings. We had to ask for a change of bedding since it was visibly dirty and wrinkled.
The staff is inhospitable and unprofessional. Not all of the staff is uniformed and it gets very difficult to understand who to approach for concerned issue.
The hotel hasn’t got any thermostat installed and we were told different things by different staff members. The housekeeping guy turned on the fan of the ac saying it has heating system too which we later realised wasn’t so.
The guys at the reception are clueless.
It’s on main road towards Bharatpur national
Park. The staff is not well trained other than 2 employees. The house keeping person was fast and swift. One of the waiter in Restaurant was sensible who could understand the C of customer service.
The guy at reception was least interested in talking tou you.
