Worst resort i have ever seen, rude staff, stinky n unhygienic rooms. We booked villa but its not worth for money, you can find dust, cobwebs, spiders everywhere in room. Linen towels torn, pillow stinking. No one in security gate. Room windows doesn't lock properly, pool is so dirty. After complaint also no one come to rectify, very rude n unprofessional staff. As we booked online for two nights, we wanted to check out n want to cancel the next day booking...but they are not ready for refund n we didnt received anty help from goibio side also. They spoiled our holiday n money too. Food is just worst, we found rats in there kitchen playing.after that we didnt ordered anything from there kitchen. WORST RESORT WITH RUDE STAFF

Caution: avoid this resort and avoid this beach!!!! To start with, let’s list the good things: food is tasty. That’s the end of good points. We stayed there for 2 nights with our parents and kids. Everything that could go wrong with hotel booking went wrong. Approach road for this resort is too narrow even for 1 car at a time. It’s about 1 km long and winding. So if there’s even a scooter from the other side, one needs to come all the way back. As many times you want to step out of the resort, that many times this repeats in a day. The resort is not great. It’s old and not spacious. There’s a pool but it’s a small one and it’s right in the middle of dining area of restaurant. So no privacy at all and is always crowded. There is a swing and a small slide for kids but not sufficient for so many guests in the whole resort. Parking provided in front of each villa for 1 car but wasn’t allowed to park. So all cars were asked to park outside the resort only. The villa we were given is old, there’s water seepage into walls, roof is leaking water in the living room when it rained one night during our stay. The villa is neither swept nor mopped before it was given to us. After many times calling the house keeping, someone came and swept. It was very dirty until then. The sink in the kitchen was never cleaned. We didn’t feel like placing even the used dishes in that. There were all sorts ants and termites in the villa, in the wardrobes everywhere. The terraces given on the first floor bedrooms were useless as they are used for draining AC water and the pigeons use them as toilets. They didn’t even bother to clean. Cherry on the top was a frog in the bathroom. There’s no exhaust fan fitted in one bathroom and the opening that was meant for the exhaust fan was used by frogs as entrance to the bathroom. There is no ceiling fan in the living room. So you can’t spend much time in the living as it gets really hot and sweaty. To our misfortune, one night it rained heavily so there was power cut and we were asked not to use the ACs as the generator couldn’t take the load. To top it, the set top box of TV didn’t work for one whole day, so no TV as well. The towels, bedsheets, pillow covers and blankets were torn by rats and the housekeeping staff tried to conceal them by folding them artistically. We had to call them and ask for changing them. Breakfast is complimentary but not great quality and not much variety. Water bottles are complimentary and until we asked, they weren’t providing the bottles on the 2nd day. One night our dinner was served after 3.5 hours after we ordered room service. Every time we call for asking the status they said that they are about to send or food in next 10 minutes. Ultimately after 2 hours when we went to the restaurant, we found out that they never placed our order in the kitchen and that they delivered 22 orders after taking in ours. They started cooking after that and served half cooked curry. After complaining again they replaced it with another curry. It was a total chaos. One more important point to note is the beach near the resort is the worst. There’s huge drainage line getting into the sea and you wouldn’t want to get into these waters. After day 1 we were so frustrated that we thought packing the bags and leave. This is the worst stay we ever had at a very high price. I didn’t even feel like taking pics to post it on the review. On day 2, we drove to Kashid beach, spent most of the day there to cover a portion of our tragedy.

Me, my wife and my daugther had visited Sia Resort in March 2021. We had booked Cozy Villa for 2N/3D. Below are my observations and reviews, Pros - Property is big enough and has all amenities, so one doesnt need to go out of resort for anything - Pool is big enough and pretty safe for everyone. Kids pool depth should be around 2-2.5 fts and adults pool depth should be around 4 to 4.5 fts - They have one the humblest staff I have seen. They are very supportive and prompt in their actions - We stayed at cozy villa, which has 1 living room, 1 bedroom and a terrace. Living room has a sofa, dining table (for 6), TV with Tata Sky connection & washroom - For kids they have a playarea in garden and indoor games like, carrrom, chess cards etc. - The weekend we went, they had arranged for LIVE DJ and a bonfire. So this shows they do different activities to entertain their guests. - Food is okayish. Breakfast on saturday morning was just bread butter toast and upma. On sunday they had good variety including cereals, frutis etc. Cons - Approach road of 900 mtrs towards resort is very narrow. Only one car can pass at a time. - They have just one wi-fi router at the reception and no where else in resort. This becomes concerning as the area only have good network for vodafone & jio. Everytime we had to access the internet, we had to go to reception or near pool (which is adjacent to reception area). Ideally in today's world and the amount they charge per room, they should have wi-fi access for guest everywhere in resort. - Villa is very poorly maintained. There were no bathroom hooks for hanging clothes or towels. - There is no proper latch system on any of the doors. Other than this, there was frequent power cutoff on saturday night but that wont be counted as their fault as it was from state electricity board. Overall, the property is good to visit but only if they could maintain it more. It would be truly worth for the money spent.

The overall resort is satisfactory, but quality of villas need to be improved. Veg Food is excellent. Since the resort is located in interior there needs to be a road sign to enter the correct lane. Also the resort needs to arrange a pick up and drop till Nagaon beach.

Average hotel. Not worth of your money. Hotel is located at the remote location surrounded by agriculture field. he approach road is so narrow that only one vehicle can pass by. The other vehicle has to be reversed into nearby by lane. There is no signboard on road and therefore, you got to take wrong turn perticularly in night time. Close proximity to agriculture field results in attraction of kites, insects gets attracted by hotel lights. Lift of the hotel is not working for last six months (as told by receptionist). Average food quality at the hotel restaurant. Hotel cleanining is average.

Disappointed. They'll charge you extra on each service provided. They're completely money oriented. Receptionist is unaware he is working in service industry. They don't have wifi even knowing there is network bad reception in this isolated area.
