I had been here with my friends and we stayed for 2 days. It was not that bad but was not as expected also.

Food : 2 out of 5

On the very 1st day we had lunch here and service was prompt. But plates and spoons were not at all clean. Spoons were not washed and we thought those were used ones. We had prawns rice and pomfret fry. Prawns were pathetic and brittle, were not great at all. Also Pomfret fry was not that good. And compare to another restaurants cost was also high.
During booking we managed to get complementary breakfast from resort. Breakfast was ok but as said, 0 ratings for cleanliness. It was not served hot, not even tea or coffee. Also in complementary breakfast then only include one dish per person, for extra they charge.

Rooms: 3 out of 5

We stayed in super deluxe room and were ok in terms of cleanliness but outer area of room was not maintained and was not clean. Also there were lot of mosquitos in the room for which care taker is not bothered. Also fan was not working properly. Ac was continuously making some noice. Heater was not good. You won't get hot water for longer time.

We had asked for room decorations as my friend's birthday was there on 1st day. Decoration was good but they charged almost 2k which was not worth at all.

Playarea and swimming pool: 3 out of 5

Swimming pool was good and clean, the only good thing. About playarea, there is no playarea as such. They have put carom, tt table at some different random places in the resort. Yes but there was a small play area for kids which have slide, swings, teeter-totter etc.

So my suggestion about resort is, if you want to stay over here, then try to contact them directly and book as on mmt and other sites cost is very high. And don't go for lunch or dinner in resort. Carry odomos. Make sure ac, fans are working properly.

Rooms were good but services are very very poor, only 3 person working 24X7 the only thing we like was food, very far from the beach rates are on higher side compare to other cottages which is much closer to the beach, there is shortage of staff so cleaning & hygiene is a big ? Mark as I said....except services & maintenance rest all are ok for a cottage like this.

Love the architecture! Nicely designed compact resort. Love the use of natural light in lobby. Rooms are also nice and fresh. Its just 4/5 month old so brand new feel!

Only one issue about the food. Resort has one restaurant and one cook I guess, he tries his best everytime, no doubt about it. But according to me if you are visiting certain place local food plays an very important roll in your trip, and you must have local cuisine no matter who you are. This resort lacks that touch in food, I guess this issue can be easily handled and managebale.

Also thanks to vimesh from byebyecity.com for suggesting such an awesome resort!

I made a booking at this property to celebrate my friend’s birthday but were totally disappointed when we arrived at the location. The pictures online seem attractive but that isn’t the case in reality. When spoken to the owner about the physical condition of the room and other factors which made us dislike the room, the owner started being rude and disrespectful to me on call which is totally unacceptable. The manner in which he spoke didn’t look to me as of an owner. No respect given to guests if we complain about anything at the property.

We have stayed here for 1 night from 07th Jan to 08th Jan and the stay went very well. The location is very near to the Alibag beach, the property is very nice, clean & well maintained.
The best part of the property is their staff members.
It was our pleasure to meet Ms. Rukmini Devi. She is Very polite, well spoken & very helpful. She suggested us the options for dinner which was actually good. Staff like her are assets to the property.
Please give our regards & many thanks to her. Also thanks to the chef who made delicious dinner for us.

Looking forward to visit again soon.

Amazing experience visiting this place with my love I hate it was a short trip I could possibly make. A memory that I and him both can't forget 💝. The ambience, the surrounding, these people and staff everything was just perfect. Would like to visit again and hope it happens again sooner in coming years.

We had been to this resort on the 11th - 13th Jun for a family get together and would like to share the feedback with other holiday travelers

Pros

- The partner owning the resort gave us a cool discount of 2K when we booked 2 rooms for 2 days

Cons

- Relatively new property and hence the rooms are good but is not maintained properly with no voluntary room service whatsoever. The duplex room (the one on the mezzanine floor) had a double bed that wasn't prepared for us and was left in the state that the previous travelers had left it
- The caretaker doesn't care for the guests; frowns when requested for tea or coffee (although it is billable) ; one of the days we went without coffee as the caretaker seemingly forgot to replenish it!!!!
- No one from the resort bothered to check with us if we were being taken care of well
- Complimentary breakfast is a joke with only 2 options upma or poha every day and that too without any chutney, sauce to go along with it
- definitely not worth the money (3500 for single room with a complimentary breakfast that is best avoided)

There are much better resorts around and this is best avoided

Place: The place is small against the expectations of a great resort.though the rooms were clean however lots of mosquitos around and no effective control and more than 75% probability of getting Dangue or malaria. The food was very good

The worst part was the treatment. We had managed to get complementary breakfast deal in advance. However we got surprised and zapped when the final billing was done... everything was charged inspite of telling the care takers there that it's a complementary

We stayed there for two nights. The first day when we went for breakfas at 8.45am(breakfast timing was 8-10am), the guys told us that they are serving others and it will take time to prepare ,he asked us to place an order and come back in half an hour.we again went around at 10am and the breakfast wasn't yet ready. On top of that there are only two tables in entire place where we can have breakfast or lunch or dinner(i cant even use the name called resort, it will be shameful for me to even utter a word called we went to resort, it was that small). Contrary to the pictures on websites, there wasn't only one dish that they make named "Poha"on both the days and on demand they can do bread butter and alu Paratha.(all chargeable basis).

We got our single dish of poha at 10.15 and tea and coffee took its own sweet time.

Contrary to other places where we stayed The quantity of breakfast is very limited (one dish only per person) and that too very limited poha in it, we never knew that and we ordered multiple plates

We asked at the time of billing the guys told us that even in complementary breakfast the quantity is limited.

No system of Buffet brekafast. Also the dinner took 45 mins delayed than committed and charges of the dinner dishes were high.

Attitude of the care taker was very bad and we literally ended up paying extra amount for all the items that we thought was complementary

This was our Worst experience ever and our whole morale went down. We decided to provide this constructive feedback so that the others can take learnings from it and think twice before they go

They charged us exhorbiantly high for tow nights and absolutely not worth staying at all the cost that we paid

I will never recommend anyone to visit this place just to waste their money and more importantly having no enjoyment, waste of family time and the family trust in you. The treatment we got was worst
I will never reccomer

Went in January with my family for an overnight stay. The Coconut Beach Farm is a newly constructed place. It was absolutely empty since we went on a weekday. It is in a quiet place in nagaon almost 1.5 kms away from the beach. A very neatly and beautifully done up place. The staff is just too nice. The food is yummy. Loved the stay.

After a lot of research, we chose this place for our long pending holiday. I was driving from Pune with google maps. The place is pretty tough to find. But once you find it. It's simply beautiful. It has a very neat and clean look at the same time very homely feeling.

We reached a bit late after circling around and the room was ready. The room was clean and big. It didn't have the swing as shown in the photo though. The swing is only for certain room. So that was a bit of disappointment.

The bathroom is unique. It has open area attached to it which is little shocking but it's very safe.

The food is simply awesome. I loved it.

The hotel is not at a walkable distance from the beach but if you have a car, it's a 5 to 10 minutes drive so pretty OK.
