Poor hotel with with broken and non Working Geysers and AC, Lady manager over there is arrogant . if plan go here, check all ameneties Do not book hotel from agoda, they dont intervene if any issue with hotel facility.

I found it good...swimming pool was good... But food was terrible...paneer was old... And too much for the worth of 200 RS. Hope they improve on it...staff was no doubt ensured that the experience is good...totally worth it.:)

Hotel is worst in all ways No pick n drop facility provided by hotel Hotel is too far from the beach its not at all 700m. Its inside a small lane where there are no lights its too scary to travel even in the afternoon. Hotel has very few options in nonveg nd veg as well. Food is not at all gud. As we visited the hotel there was still some furniture work going on in most of the rooms. No proper electricity. As they advised us not to switch on the tv/geyser/fridge or any electronic appliances as they were passing currents. No electricity. No proper cable connection Only one water bottle provided to us Room was not dat worth in terms of money. There were small insects on the bed. No atm machines nearby and the hotel does hav a card machine which never works due to network issues. Please carry cash with you as there are no atms nearby the beach. If anyone wants to buy somethng from out the hotel people wont help them out by bringing it. Even if u ask for a vehicle they wont provide it to u. Never visit this restaurant indeed a very bad experience. …

I am writing this review during our stay only as am so disappointed. First of all this hotels location is so inside bushes with difficulty in accessing 4 wheelers. such dirty rooms and bathrooms. Electricity went in the night and there was no invertor/generator facility in the hotel we stayed without light and air for hours in the night. Spotted 6 cockroaches below our bed and the bed was uncomfortable as well as the head side part was broken am posting pictures as well. They will give only one complimentary drinking water bottle rest all will be chargeable. Which hotel on earth charge for drinking water in rooms??? No menu card as well!! Imagine a hotels restaurant without a menu card. The guy on the reception will tell us what to eat and what items are available for lunch dinner breakfast rather than asking us what we want to eat. They won't give us choices. Won't recommend anyone!👎👎👎👎👎👎…

We visited Nagaon and other nearby beaches this summer. Stayed at Nilaya for 4 days. The staff is friendly and cooperative. The place is clean and very close to the Nagaon beach. Kids enjoyed playing in the clean pool during the mornings, there were indoor games like carroms, mini golf too.. which we all played during morning hours.. Really good for people looking to spend some family time.. along with proximity to the beach.. Just one thing.. breakfast should have atleast 1-2 south Indian options..

This resort is new & the service by the staff is fantastic. It was mentioned to us that the resort is only 5 mins walk from the Nagaon beach, which is not true. 15-20 mins walk from the beach. It has a good pool with a divide. One section 5 feet & the other 3, I guess. The veg food is good. If you have a personal vehicle then this is a must stay. The rooms are air-conditioned with a good view of the surroundings. If you are a group of people planning some activity near the beach, then you must try this place.

So we had a stay from 04 - May - 2018 to 06 - May - 2018 The hotel is undoubetly clean, with a nice view, pool is good, rooms are spacious, we were a group of 60+ people, with age group ranging from seniors citizens to infants. Points to Note : 1. the location of resort is on the inside, i.e if you are going by car or mini van its fine, BUT VOLVO AC BUS will not go through the roads are thin with trees and wires 2. This resort DOES NOT HAVE A LIFT. but we all had a great time, service was good.

My Husband and I went for holiday in Alibaug and Nagaon in April 2018. We stayed at Nilaya beach resort for 3 days-2 nights. The stay was amazing due to below :- 1.Clean resort 2.Good quality food 3.Very helpful staff 4.Good room service 5.Clean swimming pool 6.Option to order food in room/or eat in restaurant room / buffet 7.Breakfast buffet is nice 8.Clean and specious rooms with nice garden / swimming pool view 9.Staff will help you with contact numbers of auto rickshaw driver. 10. Nagaon beach is just 5-8 mins away by car/bike and 15-20 mins away by walk. It is bit costly than typical cottages but if you are going to have a relax stay then its totally worth it.
