Service: The staff at Tubki Resort were responsive and helpful all throughout. Loved their service oriented attitude and warmth. Clema, Regis, Ajit and one more staff (whose name I missed), thank you for making our stay a pleasant one!
Location: The resort is located in a peaceful setting, walkable distance to Patnem beach. It’s a short drive to Palolem beach which have restaurant and shack options. We were told that there is a market nearby and several sightseeing spots like Cabo de Rama fort and Butterfly beach.
Room: We stayed in the deluxe room on the 2nd floor. The rooms have balconies.
View: There were coconut trees and other greenery outside our window.
Accessibility: The resort is accessible with elevators and wheelchair ramp. The deluxe rooms are spacious enough for wheelchair too.
Food: The restaurant was not functional due to renovations. Breakfast was served from 7:30 to 10:30 am. INR. 150 for 2 - 3 dishes with the regular tea, coffee, toast cornflakes spread. Since the restaurant was not operational through the day, room service was not available either. There are several restaurants to visit nearby or order in.
Restaurants nearby: Cow Corner, a quaint cafe down the road was a good find for salad, pastas and some Indian meals. German bakery is a good place for breakfast. The fruit pancakes and fresh juices were yum. So were the chocolate balls and croissants. Very reasonable prices and generous portions of bakery items available, most of which have egg and milk in them. Dropadi at Palolem beach has good veg and non-veg food.
Recreational facilities: Water was not filled in the swimming pool while we were there. There’s a pool table in the restaurant.
Local travel: The staff arranged for a rikshaw driver, Anil who charged approx INR 100 for nearby places and INR 400 for further locations. Inter-state taxi service was also arranged through the hotel for a drive to Gokarna. However we found the service provider, Amrut’s charges to be on the higher side. One might want to check for other options.
Will I book at Tubki again? Yes, definitely. Even looking forward to it.

We had visited a few hotels and then finally ended up here. The hotel is beautiful with a clean pool to relax. The rooms are spacious, and are incredible value for money as compared to the other options we checked around Palolem beach. This hotel is about a 9-10min drive to the beach which makes it the perfect place to stay at. The non vegetarian food was lip smacking delicious. The staff was very courteous, and the people here were very helpful. I'd left my credit card in the parking lot by mistake, and Ajit from the resort was nice enough to courier it over to me. Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to explore Palolem and nearby places.

Stayed at the Tubki Resort Sept/Oct 2022 for 4 weeks. Enjoyed our stay and all the staff were so freindly and helpful and the owner Mrs. Sangeeta ji was wonderful and made us feel at home. The room was quite spacious with an attached kitchenette with basic cooking facilities and a dining table . Nice size balcony overlooking the main road and the pool. Nice to know that bedding was changed on a daily basis by Chanda and Ganesh. Reception staff headed by Clema, Ajit and Prashant were helpful. Restaurant staff namely. Aman, Shubnam and Sunil were great.
Overall a lovely stay and would definitely come back again.
Only one negative comment. The staircase leading up to the rooms are badly in need of painting and some redecorating required.

We have just returned from two weeks at this truly wonderful hotel where we were very well looked after by the fabulous Mr & Mrs Tubki and their staff. We loved everything about our stay - our room (clean, spacious and very comfortable with efficient air conditioning), the ever helpful Tubki team, the food (e.g. the made to order breakfast omelettes, lassis when returning home after an adventure, butter chicken, tadka dhall, ghee rice... I need to stop somewhere but these were some of my favourite things!), gossiping on a sun lounger by the pool with other residents and watching the world go by from our balcony. In short, we love this place and can't wait to go back!

Salient features of their 2 bhk apartment.
1. Toilet seat missing. You will be advised 2 use the common hotel bathroom or any other available flat's bathroom.
2. Noisy fan to give you a sleepless night.
3. No curtains in the kitchen area to facilitate peeping toms.
4. Stained sofaset
5. Rude staff , who will hand over a unusable room knowingly.

Dear Guest, Thanks for your feedback, We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. Toilet seat we had given order as for the previous stay the children have broken it and w fixed it soon. We don't put curtains in the kitchen in none of the apartment as the window is just above the gas so it will surely catch fire. Sofa-sets are brand new as they are newly renovated apartments. Fan complain should have been given at the reception but we haven't received any and its not written in the complain book. There were guest in the same room a night back and we haven't received any complain like that. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused. Give us a chance to serve you once again at The Tubki Resort.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff. Always available, always willing to help and at the same non-intrusive and happy to let you get on enjoying the place without trying to sell anything. All the staff, reception, cleaning and restaurant staff are excellent. Food in the restaurant is excellent and good value for money. Small but lovely swimming pool. Very quiet place and rooms are excellent value for money. Special mention to Ajit(reception) who was always super helpful, like if I was going out for the day arranging a packed lunch. Highly recommended.

The hotel needs a good clean. The rooms would really benefit from a coat or two of white paint.
The staff in the restaurant take an age to serve drinks so we didn’t bother to eat at the hotel. There are chairs outside that still have plastic wrapping on the legs but the boys from the bar still manage to play pool or watch cricket all afternoon. When sitting by the pool they never come out to see if you need anything. The place needs a good manager!
Only 5 sun beds. We will not return.

Don't even try this resort.. No staff.. only one member available in restaurant.. Breakfast is worst... I stayed dor days.. They served same juice and same fruit daily.. No change .. Food in breakfast is not hot.. They don't care about your food.. Food preparation and food serving is worst..

We never had any issues with safety or intrusion in our rooms. Pool was shaded but we went to the beach each day. Lovely staff and hotel

Try prepaid taxi from airport
We had a deluxe room and it was nice and spacious - I didn't see a standard room but gathered from other guests deluxe was better. In addition to large bed it had comfortable sitting chairs & table and a fridge.

Yes, we have free wifi. We have router on every floor for wifi. There was a problem with the server in those days, so we have changed the server. Now it,s working good. And the room which you booked we never received complains for wifi for that time also.
