This was our fourth visit to this property and we were thoroughly satisfied. We stayed here as a couple, with friends and this time we stayed with our 7 year old son. It was a brilliant stay. The resort ranks high on cleanliness and courtesy of the staff. The beach facing rooms are the best as you can just sit across alone without any exposure to other people especially in covid times. The beach beds and restaurant were sanitized at regular intervals. There are multiple wifi and so its a great place for workcation. The beach cottages have a little comfy sit out area where you can order food and drinks an watch the sunset/sunrise.

Very nice decor , good vibes , book honeymoon cottages ,.... it has got very nice direct beach view ,... even 2nd and 3 rd row cottages are nice with deck overlooking sea to chill out . Over all nice experience , food was ok , They have Happy hours ( only on cocktails) daily from 5-7 pm . Live music nights on Wednesday and Saturday . Even prive cottages behind on other side of road are good for family with grown up kids and want them to accommodate in same room ..... as they have 1 king bed, 1 single sofabed and 1 bunk bed for 2 kids . So 5 people can sleep comfortably . Also outside chill out area with tub is good and you will not find anywhere else such place to stay in goa. So don’t think ,... just go and book .

The resort is so impressive and how - especially during times of Covid 19. Here’s a little sneak peak of our experience there. Cleanliness - Extremely hygienic and clean, all rooms were sanitized, all staff wore masks at all times - everything right from beach beds to restaurants to furniture were all sanitised at regular intervals. Hand sanitizers were kept in every room as well as the common areas like restaurants, entrances etc. Temperature checks were in place for anyone coming from outside – this was effectively the only place that I saw do it diligently in all the places we visited Rooms - we stayed on the beach front cottage and the room was perfect, great views, very comfortable, super clean bathrooms with all the right elements you would need. It’s not a super fancy luxury room, it’s just a perfect beach hut that wouldn’t fail at impressing you. All rooms had WiFi and a mini fridge which was cool. Our room even had a little comfy sit out area which we used when we were working - who wouldn’t love that with those fabulous beach views and waves lashing ha! Our rooms were cleaned and linen changed every day – housekeeping staff were so pleasant and did an incredible job in ensuring cleanliness Property - right on the beach, very aesthetically done up, gives you such happy, positive and holiday vibes. Rooms are all well spaced and pretty private, so doesn’t feel your looking into someone else’s room. Restaurant and Bar - great food, we loved everything we ordered! The Goan food was obviously the biggest highlight - so yummm! Chef Pradeep was excellent – he went out of his way to even cook us some customized food when we asked him. Service - this was probably the biggest highlight. Bhuwan and his team are incredible. They went totally out of their way to ensure we felt safe, comfortable and had a great time. Excellent hospitality indeed - haven’t experienced this sort of it in a long long time. Special call out to those who we interacted with – Bablu, Raj and Sandeep from the restaurant and bar service, always checking in to make sure we were comfortable. So prompt and thoughtful. Mr Joshi from the Property Management and housekeeping side of things – he was so accommodating, ensured everything we wanted was always made available in a jiffy. The owner, Mr Bhuwan is such a humble, warm and welcoming person – treated all of his guests like family. All of the smiles the team shared with us is what truly makes this place what it is, genuinely nice people trying to make all their guests happy. Last but not the least - about our two doggos, they were given such great treatment, the staff even cooked food for them when we asked, they were allowed in the restaurants and all of the property (as long as they didn’t bother the guests) I have been to many pet friendly places before but none like this or even close. This took pet friendly to another level all together, they were treated like family too. The resort also have their own dogs but all of which are very friendly and peaceful. My doggos loved their first beach experience and that made us feel so happy! All in all - such an incredible place and we can’t wait to go back. Hugely recommend!

This is a long pending review, Palolem has always seemed like home to us but this was the first time we got chance to stay at art resort. It's was absolute delight. The entire vibe of this place was magical.I was impressed with the safety and cleanliness precautions taken by the resort. Staff is super awesome. Service is very crisp, food is amazing thanks to the chef there. Mr Kamal from the service team took care of us, he is very professional and always has has a smile on his face. He made sure that all our dining experience were upto the mark and he was there to attend us any moment. Joshi ji was also helpful. The cleaning staff was also good, don't recall the name. Thank you team will see you next year!! Happy New Year!
