Decent stay, but costly. Slow service at restaurant. Check-in is at 2 pm and check-out at 10 am, Check-out timings are too early We were not provided with extension even if we were ready to pay. Room are decent, but clean. Two Room types - regular once are near beach, not on the beach. Family rooms/bigger rooms (5 + guests) are away from beach across the road. Family room has only one toilet/bathroom. 1 Min walk away from restaurant, bit secluded. Service at restaurant and Room service is very slow. Food quality is decent. Staff is good. Staff at restaurant could be more courteous, especially 'babalu'. Cleaning staff are good at their work. Hotel staff not required to wear Mask. Live music is good in evenings. car parking available.

Art Resort Palolem is breath taking. The moment you enter the place you will be taken aback by the decor and the way it has been done up.The entire resort is filled with amazing paintings whicgh are a treat for the sore eyes. We styed at the beach front cottages and woke up every morning to tge sound of the waves. The rooms have a patio from where you can sit and catch the stunning sunsets. The beach front is very clean and is hardly a 30 second walk from the rooms. The staff is very friendly and will cater to your every need. They have a amazing restuarant with great food and cocktails . If you are looking for a beach side holiday to unwind and relax then this is the pmace to go. You come as guests and leave as a family

It’s an amazingly beautiful and clean resort. Staff is so courteous and friendly. They treated us and especially our children so warmly that neither of us wanted to leave the place. 🤪 the guy who heads the bar, Raaj is super friendly and wonderful person. Joshi ji was always available for any help. We have found our place now and we’ll keep coming back every year. 🙂🙏🏻

So, I stayed in this property for 2 nights and the biggest mistake I made was to spend rest of the 3 nights in North Goa 😞. Art resort is an amazing property with great vibes on top of that they have lip smacking food and restaurant service was great too. Its a great place for kids too, mine spent good time learning Art craft from inhouse Art teacher and they had a really good time in boat shaped bath tub. In the evenings they have live band playing almost on daily basis and you will certainly love the experience. I would recommend this place to everyone visiting Palolem beach (rather South Goa). Kudos to the team!!

We planned Art Resort for 3 nights and we were super pleased. Located bang on Palolem beach, we opted for Honeymoon cottages that offer great views of the sea. You are near to all fun activities, great shacks and overall an amazing vibe, especially the live music nights. The cottage is well appointed, aesthetically designed and comes with all necessities. Kudos to a great bunch of staff (esp Ranveer, Manoj, Joshi ji) who took very good care of us. Food is delectable and you have plenty to choose from. The resort also offers painting classes which we participated and liked it lots. No complaints, perfect stay and will go back again.

Never stayed here before and was blown away by the beach front hut, which although very basic, was spotlessly clean with everything we needed. Our cleaner was amazing and so polite. Sitting out of an evening with a glass of wine, watching the sunset was a highlight and listening to the waves crashing, whilst in bed at night. We had paid a deposit, but on arrival my husband asked to pay the remainder and was told it was not a problem and could be paid at the end of the holiday. Two days into our 7 nights stay, Joshi (one of the staff members who had been dealing with us), appeared on our balcony asking for full payment, which was not a problem. Then he proceeded to ask my husband for tips!!!! We tip generously, usually at the end of the holiday and not when asked!! 5 days into our holiday, we returned from a morning walk, my husband was in the shower and once again, Joshi was on our balcony peering in, I opened the door and he was very rude, asking me did I know who he was. Of course I did. Then he said we were leaving that day and he wanted our key! There had been some sort of mix up, despite several emails confirming our dates and despite the fact that he had taken payment for a full 7 nights, just 3 days before. Why would he do that if he thought we were only staying for 5 nights! He had also sent 2 what’s app messages to my husband demanding keys. We did stay of course for the full 7 nights, but it was slightly dampened by these actions. They also had their own massage people attached to the resort, who disturbed you when relaxing on your balcony on many occasions, even though we had made it clear from the outset that we don’t do massage. The final straw was on the last day when we were having breakfast and the guy serving on asked us for tips! My husband had already left a very generous tip in their tip box the night before and was told that was for the cook! It’s a tip box for all. There seems to be an obvious tipping culture. Yet, we probably gave more than anyone at the end of our holiday, as it wasn’t the fault of some of the other lovely staff members. In my opinion, a beautiful place was totally spoilt (hence my 3 stars) and although we will return to the area, we will not stay here.

We planned on Art Goa for 5 days , we were a family of 4 along with our Golden retriever Loki . This is the first time we have chosen palolem and the best decision we took . This place has won our hearts , we landed up extending our trip to 15 days and still we are not exhausted such the aroma of this place . Neatness 5 /5 Service 5/5 Friendly like a family staff kudos to Babulu , Sandeep and Akshay etc etc who all were perfect in services . They never get tired and always serve with a smile , Loki has been pampered by them so much tht they know the menu of our dog and served it properly . The owner of this resort knows to take care of his guests very well , initially we wanted to stay in beach front but it didn’t happen , has we booked in the last minute he also convinced us for family cottage at the back side which was really spacious and luxurious calm like a perfect holiday place with our dog . The beach here is a calm beach and maintained very neatly . The icing on the cake was for the last two days we got the honeymoon cottage beach front and it was just marvellous and amazing experience . Even in 5 star hotels we can’t experience these things. Thank you Art Goa for giving wonderful moments.

A must visit place with your partner and family. Amazing place to stay scrumptious food and bang on the beach. Had gone with office friends and we were a large group but the staff took care of us. Bhuvan and his team are amazing they make u feel comfortable and at home. I stayed in the cottage facing the beach which had a great view and was very comfortable with sun beds as well. Some of us got cottage with a machan which had a ocean view. The rooms on the other side of the road have a fabulous bath tub in lieu of an ocean view and rooms are bit bigger. If u go with family kids can spend hours learning to paint and create some good painting on canvas. Restaurant is good with good food and drinks. They have some unique smoothies. Surely visit again as it’s on the beach and the resort is on the less crowded side and is peaceful

Cotton candy clouds amid clear blue skies, a view of the Arabian Sea from the restaurant to die for, delectable food, amazing live musicians, pristine resort and responsive staff that would go to all extents to make you feel at home. Notable mentions should be made of Sandeep who waited on us, Raj the bubbly bartender, Chaitanya the brilliant artist who coached my daughter, Joshi who is Mr. Approachable amd of course the warm presence of Bhuvan at all times! We are coming to Art Resort again and soon!

The owner, Mr. Bhuwan Pandey is the sweetest and the best host you'll ever encounter. He entertained us even after his cafe closed and didn't give up till we did. Swaroop, who has displayed his artwork on the walls of the Cafe is one hell of an entertainer. Chill vibes chill people chill music defines this artsy paradise. Best thing on palolem beach.
