great location and really kind staff willing to help guests truly enjoy their stay. Overall only 2 out of 5 star review, because low overall value for money. The hotel aims to be luxury and the rates per night really high in comparison to other places in the region, but a number of small but important things are simply not acceptable for a luxury hotel: - wifi only worked 3/4 of the the day. When working, the speed was okay, but it was down for 3 hours almost every morning - construction work next door, which is not the hotels fault, but the hotel did not inform guests upfront, lied about the construction hours per day (in reality it started around 7.30am every morning) and the hotel, upon repeated requests, only offered a 0.5% discount on total spend, which is clearly not how you treat dissatisfied guests - restaurant and breakfast clearly below luxury segment standard, offering instant instead of fresh coffee, very limited selection for breakfast and managed to serve the fish raw, which was supposed to be grilled. Mistakes in the kitchen can happen, but not offering any type of compensation is again not what to expect from such a pricy hotel - staff very kind and friendly and helpful, but lot proactive at all: Fresh water had to be requested, beach towels had to be requested, We wouldn’t have made all these things public, but the management was clearly not interested in customer satisfaction…

This place is a hidden gen of South Goa. Till you reach you are wondering but the moment you reach the breathtaking view will fill you with joy, peace and happiness. Just like names of their cottages. We stayed at happiness at ground level. Room is comfortable and aesthetically done. Feel of wooden house with lovely beach calms you and is worth for your money. Wheather u are on solo trip, couple or with family trip they have cottage for your need. They haven't started full fledged kitchen yet but they are setting up a kitchen/grill restaurant soon. Breakfast was limited but nice. You can order here from other local restaurants so lunch and dinner is also sorted but need to order at least an hr before u want to have your meal. Management is warm and welcoming. Helpful and cheerful. All in all worth a spent for sea facing property. Beach is amazing you will enjoy this place as it's kind of private. Only 2-3 properties have direct access. …

Firstly the room and the view was excellent . But infrastructure needs to be developed as there was water leakage from upstairs! And coming to the food it was very below average . There is no restaurant available ! The food they delivered from outside was very below average !

One of the most beautiful places I’ve been to! This is a perfect place to be at when you’re in Goa for a vacation and specially when you aren’t into partying that much. This place is so peaceful and serene, I was here with two of my friends for 2 nights and 3 days. The best part of this property is the beach right out side our rooms which feels like a private island vibes. The staff and people are very helpful and nice. Food is decent too, could be improved though but with that view I don’t think I really mattered 💛✨

We had a lovely time at the property, it was a lovely stay with a beautiful beachfront view. The villas were well maintained, food was amazing, friendly staff. It was a very comfortable stay. Overall I recommend to try this place.

The staff was very welcoming ,the food was delicious. It was a splendid experience. Having been able to watch the sea throughout the day, the sun set in the evening, it was all magical and peaceful.Had a great time. The beach was just a few meters away, most resorts don't have such facilities or a private beach. It's a spectacular view and the experience was simply breathtaking. Will definitely visit again. A must visit place in Goa.

This is the bestest resort in goa I have seen in my life.... I have spent my best time with my friend over here. Just in front of beach, a clam, peace full and beautiful place. I stayed in this property for my anniversary. Planned for a memorable experience but Resort team made sure it resulted in pathetic experience. Starting from the room allotment which was delayed for more than 2 hrs. to water problems, Wi-Fi not working and late food service (at times it took more than 1 hrs. ) etc... Also we ended up paying 11K (apart from 35K for the room) for extra services which they charged for additional services was an utter waste. They have zero empathy towards guest satisfaction and last not but least most of the amenities that were listed in their website and other travel websites were false. They don't even have a proper parking and god knows about the security. They talk about values before you go to the property but It was just a trap that we fall into.
