Palolem Beach, which is well known as 'Paradise Beach', is the uncrowned queen of Goa's beaches. About a mile long, this incredibly beautiful crescent cove is fringed by a shady rim of coconut palms and the whole beach is hemmed in at either end by rocky crags. Although this beach used to be known as idyllic and peaceful, it is getting livelier every year than its northern counterpart -- the Baga Beach. Palolem is a happening place with regular parties, music and what have you. We provides beautiful accommodation for all types of traveler with prices varying throughout the season.

Writing this review for future travellers as there are many things this place needs to improve like the quality of staff and number of staff in restaurants and kitchen. Breakfast opens around 9 am, if you order breakfast at 9 it gets delivered around 10 to 11 am. First you need to wait for an order and then it gets served. This place gets too many bookings but even though the quality of service is poor. About room service and cleaning they have same issues and cleans rooms every 2nd or 3rd day. The rooms they named like partial sea view and other but they don’t have such views. They focus on quality of rooms sold, not quality of services. The music they plays in afternoon is loud and annoying who would like to have afternoon sleep. Overall the location of the place is good but the experience is not expected as the popularity of this place.

Not at all cooperative owner and staff. Booked the place 2 days before arrival and booking said it’s confirm , also owner Mr. kundan confirmed the booking but on arrival they refused to have any vacant bungalow. Very unprofessional

Good location. Stone's throw away from the beach. Cooperative staff, clean and tidy. Couldn't try the food but plenty of options around. All this during the off season and most of all, I must say I got a pretty good deal even when I just walked in.

It was a v bad decision to stay here. apart from the location, nothing is nice. Service is pathetic, staff are rude at all times, poor facilties, ACs don’t work in the rooms, dirty smelly bathrooms, dirty linen, no room service. They play VERY LOUD MUSIC TILL 12 AT NIGHT, and after that just lower the volume slightly its still very disturbing. Cant sleep here at all. They’ll not reduce the volume of music at night even if ur feeling unwell. Very inconsiderate people. They don’t care about you, just take ur money. There is no sea view even from partial sea view rooms (the room we booked), only view of dense bushy palm trees. Food is overpriced. No sea view whatsoever from any room (as opposed to the pic shown on various sites) IT’S A FRAUD, NO SEA VIEW AT ALL. Overpriced place. No relaxation is ever possible in this place. Worst place to stay in palolem.

Every night very loud music, lot of dirt around, not well maintained. After promising improvements, nothing happend.. We left them earlier then planned.. Very sad story, I was regular guest ( was!!) Better to avoid, there are lot of other options with better quality.

The room did not look at all like in the photos. The room was old and dirty. The sheets seemed used. The toilet was super dirty. We did not feel welcome at all. At 10:30 am sharp somebody came to knock to our door asking us to leave: a bit invasive and rude way to do it.

The staff are so friendly, we had an amazing time here and the cocktails are fantastic but lethal! Best location on the beach as the north side has a lot of boats but there aren’t any on the south side. Will definitely come back here the next time we are in Goa.

Visited recently with family in a large group with kids. They took very good care of us. Provided great service. All of the staff members were very helpful, and special appreciation for our server Narendra "Nori". I look forward to coming back again!

Me and my wife stayed here in January 2020. Palolem Beach is a fantastic place for a relaxing holiday. The beach huts at roundcube are clean and the location is ideal! What stood out for us though was the incredible staff! I lost my bag at Delhi airport and I was only able to recover it thanks to the persistence of Sankat . He really went the extra mile to help me. All the staff were so friendly, the food was delicious and the cocktails were amazing!! I really could not recommend this place more!
