This was the 3rd time we came back to stay at aquatica, this time in a group with a bunch of children... we had another fabulous stay here. The property looks better than ever with gorgeous tropical gardens and the sweetest private garden at the back. The rooms and linen were clean, though I carried my own linen, I didn't end up actually using them. The beds are comfy and give you a good rest. The pool was fun for the kids. The breakfast is adequate - cereals, juice, 2- 3 Indian items and egg to order. I wish they had some meats and bakery items as well, that would make it a truly luxurious breakfast! The chef catered a very special meal for us and our guests with some outstanding tiger prawns and whole red snapper. We had some plumbing issues with the toilet but they were attended to promptly by the staff. The staff is friendly, and a special shout out to Mr. Arun who catered to every request.

I just feel in love with the property when I visited first, this property is not on the beach but this provide very scenic view of the mountain behind. very very relaxing rooms with access to a veranda with relaxing chairs. The restaurant is not the best but offers good options for food, the service can be improved especially during breakfast.

Stayed here over NYE and enjoyed it. Beach a quick 5 minute walk away with plenty of options. Food and drinks at the hotel were tasty and reasonably priced. We particularly enjoyed the mojitos and fried fish. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The only downside was a sparse bathroom and the cable tv not working. Fortunately though we were spending most of our time outside! Would stay again.

There are only few things that can be worst than the service at this resort. 3 days in and no housekeeping yet. The staff over commit and doesnt deliver. The rooms are good provided u can cook your own meal and clean your own room. The breakfast is super basic and tasteless. And the staff doesn't seem to undestand plain instructions. No point in staying in a nice room being isolated in the property. Aquatica never again..might as well stay in a beach shack which atleast has a view.

I didnt know this place before going. It overachieve my expectations. Very clean,net place,very confortable and a beautiful green garden inside. Only 2 minutes walking to the beach.I will recommend this place to people in search of security,peace,and confort.

First, superb location. Five minute walk from the calmest, most expansive Morjim-Ashwem beach. Has the cleanest waters and low tourist population and even in that it's very classy with a largely European and Russian crowd.
This resort is neatly tucked away into the forest and gets visited by many birds and small animals like squirrels etc. Beautiful place! Green and spacious. Lots of lawn and plants and gets superbly lit at nighttime.
Lovely rooms. Quaint with all the needs taken care of. Fridge, A/C, clothes racks, lounging chairs and very clean sheets and bathrooms. Each room also has a lush private garden!
If this isn't enough, the best part about Aquatica in my opinion is the POOL. Being a swimmer, I have seen many pools in my life but this one is the best designed of all. The water temperature can be slightly better managed, but it's still the best looking best feeling pool among all the pools I have swum in.
Very very friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms are maintained very well and staff are prompt and welcoming. Arun, the manager, is a sweetheart.
Fully recommend Aquatica for anyone who wants a peaceful time in goa.

Friendly staff.good food n great health drinks freshly prepared. Good options on the menu for vegetarians too.i enjoyed the swimming pool with my friends n it was very nice that the staff served us our mocktails at the pool n attended to our requirements in general.the rooms r a thumbs up. Do not go to this place, if you don't want to waste money. There are lot of better hotel options in the area. Not worth the money spent, These are just very basic cottages with no amenities except the small swimming pool, not worth the price they ask. No wifi, no refrigerator, no food, old AC (not working sometimes), water problems in the bathroom, no private balcony and they call these deluxe AC cottages. We stayed here for one week, right after christmas and over New Year's Eve.
So the good think first: the Bungalows are nice and cozy with the sitting area on the backside with your own backyard. The Rooms were clean, but not very spacious. The Bathroom was clean and practical with nice shower. (Be aware, there must be a hole somewhere, we had always frogs or other harmless animal in our Bungalow) That was adventure for our children, they liked it. Ha, for me as well to catch them and put them outside. adventurous. The garden is nice and the pool was fine. The good thing is, the covered pool had always shadow which was good during the hot daytimes.
the minus point: we asked the hotel in advance, if this is a quiet place, because we traveled as to family with 5 small children who needs their sleep. We've chosen a hotel with pool, so we could go on the beach in the morning and hanging at the pool during the hot lunch time. We knew as well there are many parties going on everywhere in Goa, but we just want to relaxed time with the children. Anyway they told us they are not close to other hotel or bar/restaurant with loud music. So it would be a relaxing place to stay.
We were quite surprise when we saw the huge advertising poster of the Aquatica pool party the other day. That meant for us, we had to escape the hotel and the pool that day to avoid this party scene. Even they are eco friendly. This was just hilarious. We went for a whole day's trip with our children this day. When we came back, we saw the tracks of the party. The pool water was milky, dirty and everywhere were the pool party flyer lying around. We avoid the pool the next days as well.
The breakfast was poor, and the service seems to come directly from their bed (actually the breakfast area). At 7 am? or even later? That was so strange. And they seems to not having fun to do their jobs. They also didn't want to serve also the children even they were older to order by themselves. Often we had to wait to do our order for breakfast, even we were the only one. very annoying
This was a overpriced place which promised you more then you get at the end. I'm sorry to say that. We didn't need a lot, only nice clean rooms, nice clean pool, nice fresh breakfast that's all, no tvs, no massages, no other entertainments, no yoga were required. For one family 15000 Rps/night without tax?
But seriously a pool party at a eco friendly place?
I hope it's getting better, because after all the setting of the rooms and pool are nice.

While we do stick to our status as an Eco-friendly resort, the December -high season time is a time where we relax our rules and open up the Pool area for external parties to host events and this why the PoolParty was held. Admittedly we should have informed you in advance and we regret that this happened. Being an Eco-Friendly Resort, most of our guests appreciate that there are so close to nature and like your family -like the fact that they can play around with Frogs and the like. We were understaffed during that time and we indeed regret that they ay have seemed unfriendly as Aquatica is indeed a place where we pride ourselves on a very personal interaction with ou guests. We have since upgraded the resort and will have expanded the number of rooms to around 25 rooms by October 2017 and will be at 40 by July 2018. We will also be expanding the range of Activities both within and around the resort.
