We had such a lovely stay at Sana. The design of the hotel is spectacular and stands out from other hotels at the beach. Most rooms (if not all) have a private jacuzzi or pool. Our room also had an outdoor shower, making us feel like we were in the jungle. The water felt clean and warmed up very quickly every time. The food menu is diverse and refined. Beachfront area is protected by the palm trees and the bar is right there to order food ans drinks. The staff is really helpful and friendly, and have some good recommendations for nearby activities.

We had a great time at Sana Tulum, the staff are so helpful and friendly, the rooms are so incredible, the lighting on point, outdoor shower a highlight, private jacuzzi, location in a quieter area so there’s no noise, come for a relaxing holiday destination with 5 star service. There’s nothing quite like it in Tulum beach, the infinity pool amazing. We stayed 3 nights and felt like we stayed a whole week. Looking forward to coming back next time!

Brand new hotel, breathtaking architecture, friendliness of personnel, excellent service and exquisite location in Tulum. We have been pampered and have enjoyed every minute of our beautiful stay. Eye for details, loads of kind attentions, everything has been done to make our stay unforgettable. The manager of the hotel was open to some suggestions and has been a key player in the success of our stay. I just stopped by for one drink and ended having two glasses of wine, and the artichoke ceviche highlighted by the best service and conversation with all the staff at the bar.
