Beautiful hotel that exudes luxurious jungle vibes. It looks like the picture!!!! From the glass of Prosecco you receive upon arrival to the beautiful, clean room, views and delicious food. The staff was kind, courteous and professional. Abdiel at the concierge , in particular, was awesome, helpful with a smile on his face. The hotel is right across the street from the beach and accessed via the sister hotel Encantada Hotel and the staff and service on the beach was awesome there too!
I set up COVID testing and airport transfer via the hotel and while pricey was extremely convenient, clean and most importantly felt safe for a Apollo female traveler like me.

I don't often write reviews however I felt obliged to put pen to paper to share my experience of Radhoo.
This was my third trip to Tulum and during this stay, we also stayed in 3 other hotels including Be and Casa Malca. Although known for their name they do not compare to Radoo's service and attention to detail.
In terms of value for money, Radhoo is situated in a prime location within walking distance to good restaurants and also has beach access through sister hotel Encantada. The hotel itself is small and there are always beds available poolside. The food is good and the service matched.
I want would mention the senior hotel staff, Ivan, Elizabeth and Iva who really make this place tick. Ivan is a credit to this hotel and really did make a difference to our trip. He went above and beyond to see to a minor issue in the room, he walked us to Nu restaurant himself to ensure we were able to eat in the fully booked restaurant and he also went out of his way to ensure my girlfriend (who was sick on the trip) was comfortable and had everything she needed.
Don't waste time searching for other beachfront hotels, this place has it all and at a fair price.

The Radhoo and their staff were amazing and exceedingly helpful. I was beyond satisfied with our stay and the quality of service, food, etc. was in line with the cost of the reservation. Our suite had ICE COLD AC, which with 88% HUMIDITY and 91 degree days was appreciated. Housekeeping was on top of every request. The only issue I found was that the decking around the pool is in desperate need of replacement. It has been patched together but is uneven and coming apart in places. Also the jets did not work in either of the in pool jacuzzi areas. That said I would still stay again. I will add that we were very grateful of the pool, because we arrived during the worst Red Tide I have ever seen and the ocean was completely off limits. I caution anyone booking hotel in the area on the ocean side of the street to have a conversation about this, because it will definitely detract from your experience and apparently this is something they see often in Tulum.

Please note the hotel has a new administration (Namron Group) since April, so we are still making changes in the hotel. Unfortunately, the seaweed is an issue that is happening in all the Caribbean, and actually the southern part of Tulum were we are has usually much less seaweed than the other parts of Tulum, we hope it changes soon. Radhoo and the family of affiliated hotels was BEYOND amazing! The amenities were perfect for a lowkey getaway. We loved the location as many things were walking distance including some of Tulums best restaurants. Our room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. We choose the package where breakfast is included and it was so worth it. Amazing breakfast selection with truly tasty food and good portions. You can also enjoy breakfast at the other hotels which the concierge team can arrange for you (Encantada has a beautiful beach view dining spot). Most memorable part was the service. Everyone was so kind and went out of their way to provide a great experience for us. The breakfast servers at Radhoo and Encantada were amazing and extremely kind. The pool servers were very attentive and even remembered our names/faces from day to day. Our pool server, Alonso, got a coconut for me when I asked if they had any on the menu (they didn’t!) which was just beyond any expectations. Our masseuses were very professional and gave us one of the most relaxing massages on the beach. Lastly, the concierge team at Radhoo, Abdiel, Ana & Elizabeth, were so helpful and really ensured we had a good time. They arranged all our services seamlessly and were very easy to reach via WhatsApp. One small example of their service quality is that they emailed our dinner restaurant (not part of the hotel) to see if they had overhead coverage for rain without us even asking. I can’t wait to come back to Tulum and stay at this gorgeous property! The grounds are lush and you really feel like you’re staying in a jungle oasis. The pool is very peaceful and there are plenty of loungers with umbrellas to relax any time of day. The rooms were boho chic/minimalistic but comfortable and well equipped with toiletries, robes and a beach bag. My only negative for the room is that it was difficult to get ready after dark. It would be nice to have a little more lighting in the bathroom.
The amazing staff is what really sets this hotel apart! There was always 2-3 friendly staff at the front desk to help you book meals, spa visits and excursions. The concierge can easily book you a beach cabana at the sister hotels (at no extra charge) and will accompany you on the short walk across the road. No need to book a property on the beach when you can still access the awesome facilities and stay in the jungle instead!
The daily breakfast was delicious with fruit, yogurt and granola, coffee, fresh juice and a hearty entree of your choice. You can order drinks and food by the pool or to your room at any time and they were very reasonably priced.
I highly recommend booking one of the excursions with the hotel. They have a private car pick you up for a one-on-one tour. We did the ruins and private cenotes tour and it was the highlight of our visit. I also recommend booking a spa treatment at the sister hotel, La Valise. So relaxing and again very reasonable.
You will not regret booking this hotel. I can’t wait to bring friends and family to this hidden gem!

By far the Best hotel around!! The property is absolutely stunning. Every detail from the minute you walk through the palapa walk way is impeccable. The hotel rooms are spacious, luxurious, unique and the views of The jungle at sunset from the hammocks are break taking! But most importantly THE STAFF!!! Every single person that works there we the nicest people I have met. They accommodate to each guest for any and everything with a smile and such professionalism. Came on a trip with two other couples and it was everything we were hoping to get from a tulum experience. It’s also at a great location on the strip walkable to many shops and bars. Our rooms were beautiful and exactly as pictured on the website - we got the deluxe room with the garden view and it was just steps from their warm salt water pool. The decor was the jungle mystique it describes itself to be and I really liked that it’s a boutique hotel because it added to the tranquil atmosphere of tulum. The rooms come with breakfast which is substantial and delicious- coffee, fresh juices every day, bowl of fresh fruit, and an entree.
The concierge service though was the best I’ve ever had- so friendly and helpful with everything from booking the beach clubs to taxis and dinners. They set up a WhatsApp chat with our group of friends so getting in touch with them for anything was convenient and efficient and fast.
I almost don’t want to talk about what a great hotel this is because I don’t want it to get booked up for the next time we come.

My husband and I stayed at Radhoo for the final 5 nights of our honeymoon. To say the amazing staff went above and beyond to make our stay one we will never forget is an understatement. Fabian, Emily, Natalia and Emmanuel couldn't do enough to ensure we had everything that we needed (including lemon and honey tea for my husbands cough!)
The breakfasts each morning we so fresh and brought to us by the smiling friendly staff where ever we wanted to eat it. There are a variety of options included and the options to upgrade for a small fee if you want to mix it up. Fresh juice and lovely coffee was delicious The room was spotless and cleaned every day with the best Aircon for those humid days The spa was also lovely and we had a beautiful ful body massage. The pool is quiet and had plenty of shade if you need it and the boys are happy to bring cocktails and lunch to you around the pool. We were helped to hire a scooter and book restaurants but the amazing team and it meant we didn't need to worry about who to trust as the Radhoo family are there to look after you. Overall I couldn't fault our stay. Tulum is expensive on the beach side so budget accordingly but definitely value for money at radhoo if you want a peaceful but happy stay, a short walk from the main bars of Tulum. Thank you so much to everyone who helped make our honeymoon so special.

For an 8 night stay while we attended our son’s wedding, the Radhoo gave us the perfect base for the most wonderful time near the beach in Tulum, about 20 minutes drive from Tulum town. The very clever site design, centred around the pool, gave all the rooms privacy and a sense of living in the unspoilt natural habitat of the region. The room that we stayed in was very spacious, spotlessly clean and with a lovely outlook over the nature reserve behind and glorious views of the night sky that we don’t have living near light polluted London. We found all of the staff very friendly and eager to help in any way possible - with what’s app connection adding an extra dimension for any reservations or other questions that may arise. Response time was immediate - very impressive.
On the opposite side of the road from the beach the peace and calm of this hotel makes for a truly relaxing experience We enjoyed fresh and tastyTacos from the poolside service too, as well as the equally daily breakfast menu

We spend 3 nights in this beautiful place, the location is just perfect and the hotel itself invites you to relax and enjoy yourself, the pool is amazing something you can miss if you visit Tulum.. the room is so homie and peaceful the you will recharge for sure. There is no direct access from the hotel itself. They have a partner hotel just across the street. Super easy. Just ask for sunbeds there at the Radhoo welcome desk. Worked for us verry well.
