Honest review: Pros: right at highway, lush green & large property, Rooms are ok, Fun and play activities are ok, DJ is fun, staff is supportive at their level, sanitizers there at all places
Cons: Food too costly & less taste. But u can visit couple of known restaurant nearby so food is not a big concern, no kids pool, play area need upgradation, Swimming pull needs an attendant what if any kid slips in 5 ft water, bfast needs to be better in terms of quality though menu was sufficient, cycling is something they can add on.
Overall property seems slightly over priced at Rs. 4800 (studio room). In long term, either they need to cut down prices or work to make facilities better in most respects.

Very good resort for weekend stay. Well maintained, good services. Activities for kids and even adults. Huge open and green space. Duplex rooms are good for families and kids. Couldn’t use the pool but looks good for summertime.

A 4* for property... 3* for Service... so, it's actually a 3.5*!!
We went to Behror on the Good Friday weekend in March, 2013. We were four couples and a few kids.
This is a very typical weekend getaway kind of place, especially from Delhi. It is located midway to Jaipur and pretty near the famous Neemrana fort. Also, it is bang on the highway and pretty easy to spot (will be on your left if you are going from Delhi).
The positives: - They have amazing lush green lawns. You would want to spend a lot of time sitting on the grass. Do a picnic or play all day, the lawns offer you a lot. - Decent car parking - Something that really stands out about this place are the playing facilities. You have swimming pool, cricket, football, pool (snooker), volleyball, carrom, table tennis etc. There is more than enough to keep you busy. - Moreover, they have activities such as Burma bridge, climbing nets etc.. to test your physical skills. This is a very interesting part of your stay at Shiva. - We stayed in the cheapest category, old wing rooms (executive rooms). We found the rooms decent... definitely not great. But simply decent. The rooms had balconies, which were nice. Yet again, the lawns in front were too good. - The bed was pretty comfortable. - For eating, there is a restaurant (open till 3PM) and a food court (open throughout... but open to highway travelling public as well). The price of food in the restaurant was a bit high. However, the prices in the food court were extremely acceptable. The food court gives you a number of options, and tasty too. I would highly recommend you to use the food court and NOT include food in your package. - There were buffet dinner options as well (I think 450 plus tax per person). We found the food court pretty reasonable and did not opt for the buffet. - The breakfast buffet that was part of our package was good enough. It was not a huge spread but good enough to kickstart our day. - Although you do get wine/beer etc in the food court, you can also bring your own. This is BIG plus I feel. - The place overall is chilled about alochol consumption.. sit next to the pool and enjoy.. or in the lawns... or wherever.
Negatives: - Food is not available round the clock (room service). Late at night, you will have to come down to the food court.. and then also, you will get only basic items. Having said that, eat on time and forget this point. - There was no refrigerator in the Old Wing room. - Swimming pool was small. Plus, the water did not seem very clean. Plus, there was no lifeguard, shower room, or towels. It's more of a handy pool than a big one. - The checkin and checkout time is 12 noon. This might result in delay in getting you room. We got 3 rooms after 2PM. Time your visit accordingly. - Although pool (snooker) is mentioned as a facility, it is chargeable... @ 200 - 300 an hour. The tables are in pathetic condition. - Reception guys are not very helpful. I think everyone in the hotel is helpful but the reception guys. Somehow, they don't have a YES to any request you put forward. - The sheets and quilts in the rooms were not very clean. There was a distinct stink as well. - The service lacks a bit of flavour. You will find empty food trays lying outside rooms for days and days. I am unsure but this may be the case with the category of rooms you are staying in. - Breakfast buffet area has flies. Needs improvement. - For some of our rooms, the AC was not controlled from the inside. This was pretty strange. So, check your room before checking in. - Carry your own medicines (inflammation gels such as Volini etc). The reception (again, useless) did not have it. They claimed to have only Dettol.
MUST-FOLLOW Tips: - Watch out for Deals on Groupon (and other such sites). We made a massive saving of 17k by going for the deal. - Don't include lunch and dinner in your package. Breakfast buffet is sufficient. Go to the food court and order as you like. - If you are not very keen on great rooms and okay with decent ones, go for the lowest category (executive rooms). They are low price and good enough.
For the management: - One of the reception guys Mr Malasi was totally non helpful. He answered a NO for almost everything. Totally a NONexample of how a customer service person should behave. Mr. Malasi even lied to us about pool (snooker) charges. He said it was 300 an hour... but the next day another guy told us it was 200.
SERIOUSLY, YOUR RECEPTION GUYS NEED A GOOD WHIPPING.
- On the other hand, Mr. V K Sharma from the food court (cashier) was excellent. Quick, efficient, and helpful. He always made sure we got the best service. Hats off to you Mr. Sharma.
Overall - if you can use this place smartly, there's a lot to like and do. However, if you keep fussing about service etc, you won't enjoy. Follow the tips I mentioned.

Not worth of money, no sense of hospitality, no coordination among staff, pool is very small, restaurant service is also very pathetic feels like lack of trained staff. Rooms also feels like oyo rooms rather than resort, without bathtub room looks very basic. Having good ground & play area but apart from that nothing feel like luxury resort.

Purportedly 4 star, no way. Definitely for the local traveller, we were unable to use our international credit card, luckily we had a bike to go the 2 miles to an ATM. The cost was not reflected in the quality. The hotel grounds and outside seating were lovely. The pool was cloudy and there wasn't any seats or loungers available there. The room was tired and grubby, the bedding was filthy, my wife slept in her clothes! Enough toiletries for one. Towels stained and rough. Breakfast poor. We had the included dinner which was very good but spoilt by pushy staff telling us what we could have to drink 😕

The hotel service is pathetic. You don't get anything on time like if you ask for glass,water or towel they will take 1 hr to send it and that to after multiple feedbacks.Swimngpool is very dirty my son got unwell next day. They don't even clean and will make stories. Breakfast hall was crowded not even clean. They were not even cleaning the the table. Water was from local dispensar with hard taste. They were unable to refill the food during the breakfast. I paid 12K for 3 rooms which was wasted because there rude and pathetic service. Please do proper research before going there. Very beautiful hotel near to nemrana in Rajasthan. All staff is very humble and courteous very supportive specially Mr negi ji and team. Food is very tasty specially donuts, pastry all bakery items very tasty.

Nice property mid jaipur to Delhi, all morden amenities available in room. Food was so tasty and all staff very humble specially Mr Yogesh and Nagi ji. Kid zone and swiming pool also available,lawn well maintained.

Very nice resort near neemrana behror, all room amenities placed in room and rooms are well decorated specially duplex room. Staff are very polite and calm. Food very tasty specially paneer lababdar. Dinesh Mehra is good.
