We went to Neemrana for just one day and spent night in this hotel with another family. The hotel is located right on the main road so pretty easy to locate and easily approachable. Room service was super quick. Whatever I asked for, was delivered to my room in less than 5 minutes. Breakfast variety was also decent and taste was alright. All the items were veg only, though they can get you non-veg items prepared on order.

It is a very good Hotel having 48 rooms, ideally located on the main road. A part of Wyndham Group. I had arranged destination marriage of my son in this Hotel for two days from 18 to 19.1.2020. We had a comfortable stay in this Hotel for two days. First and foremost thing about this Hotel Staff is that they are very courteous.They will never say no to anything which is possible in their domain. They are always at your beck and call. I liked the humbleness of Mr. Bhag chand, Manager, Mr. Negi, F&B Manager, Mr. Rajesh Patel, Mr. Puneet as also the two chefs Mr. Yadav and Mr. Om Prakash. Above all their General Manger Mr. Satya Prakash is also very helpful and always responds and takes care of the nitty grity of each and every event. A very lively and humorous person. The food served was very delicious as per our choice. They have a beautiful Restaurant, swimming pool, gym as also billiards table for entertainment of all.

Location 3/5 Price 4/5 (got a deal) Staff 2/5 (f&b team is amazing, full points to them) Overall stay experience 2.9/5
Front office is most clueless about the guests and their entitlements. My rating above 2/5 is purely for f&b (Sandeep) and culinary team, purely for their awesome service.
Birender at front office is very rude, he on the call denied the confirmed reservation despite of facilitating the confirmation number. Second, wn asked for a spare room key, his look was very rude, as if we have asked for his kidney at the time of check in. I understand there are guests who take away spare room keys, however one has to be poilte to deny. One can't give weird looks on face, purely unacceptable in a service industry. I have been traveling locally, nationally and globally, never ever encountered such rudeness. And trust me I have stayed in known 2 star to 7 star hotels.
It can be skipped to stay here.

The hotel is on national highway 8 at Neemrana that is so much easy to reach, inside the hotel reception is like heaven and staff is very polite and helpful. Rooms are neet and clean with all High quality amenities. Food is very tasty like home made . Restaurant service is very good, staff is very helpful to select food and describes about food and it's coocking process..

This was unexpectedly the most pleasant stay. I wasn’t expecting much since all hotels are super expensive these days and this one was budget friendly however this has all the facilities and it was better than even 5 star properties I have stayed with. Staff is very very cordial and always ready to go above and beyond. I don’t remember all the names since they are all so good however I do remember Ekta and Sheetal.

I got a deal including all meals. We go for lunch I ask to neeraj twice time there is no buffet reception said u can take from menu so I ordered starters nd mojito thn lunch after lunch they said u tell wrong room no. So I get bill so now you have to pay 900/- extra for starters nd drinks which is very bad even I called to reception and asked bill is cancelled or not they said you don't need to pay bill is cancelled.but at time of check out they said you have to pay ur bill then why I add lunch in my room stay I can pay and take food in my room.which is quite bad behavior. And they ask at bf buffet every one to write review write everyone names in review which is so bad it's our choice you can ask plz review our property that's it you can't force people Room ac is so old atleast 4 time I called for ac is not working If take this room in summer season you will regret I am very disappointed with this behavior

Rooms are clean and spacious, service is prompt and specially Gurdeep Singh was exceptional.
The food is well served and delicious. The courteous staff took extra care to entertain every request to ensured we enjoyed our meal. Specially the tandoori chicken, paneer lababdar with Lacha parantha were worth repeating.
My kids enjoyed the swimming pool, Gym, Carrom, Ludo, Mini Golf, Mini Trampoline and badminton in the open lawn. The pool being indoors meant we could take a dip even in the noon.
Looking forward to a repeat trip.

I stayed @ days, my stay was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Hotel staff was very kind and specially @ front office i felt that staff was very polite and professional, check-in and check-out experience was very smooth. Mr. Birender assisted us in a very good manner & he built a good relationship & created us regular guest for life. Housekeeping service was also good and we loved food as well 5 star to Birender and all team. We are planning to visit again.
