We were able to book the the lower Glencairn bungalow when we were looking for a last minute weekend get away lodging. It is located in the middle of a tea estate facing Castlereigh reservoir. We arrived there on a gloomy morning and and you could experience the serenity of the view for hours. Since the bungalow was located too...

We had a great family holiday at the Upper Glencairn bungalow. It was fullfilling in every respect but what really struck me was the outstanding service and the enthusiasm of the team at the hotel. When you are in the garden you get great views of the area and it is spectacular. It was well worth the stay in particular...

I traveled to Upper Glencairn on first week of June with my 3 year old daughter and my husband and had a lovely stay there. The property is maintained by Ceybank Holiday Homes and so much worth for the money you pay. Rooms : The rooms are old, since this is a colonial mansion dates to 1906, but were equipped...

The property is located in a wonderful place, overlooking the castlereigh reservoir and the glimpse of Adams peak, rooms are quite old but cozy..its definitely a value for money deal, and breakfast and dinner are average. WiFi is drops very often, but the staff are very helpful and polite.

Dining a joy- great curry and super breakfast and lovely to avoid the buffets so beloved of the bigger hotels! Charming service and as we ended dinner some local villagers came upto the bungalow and entertained us with...

We spent two days and one night in this beautiful bungalow. Very clean and tidy. Sorrounded by a beautiful flower garden and misty mountains at a distance. The staffs are courteous and the food is very good if not excellant. Since there are only five rooms the hotel is never crowded or noisy. I have been to this hotel several...

Stayed two nights here whilst exploring the tea plantations and Adam's peak. A British colonial bungalow over 100yrs old set in beautiful gardens and tea plantations. This will take you back to another era. The rooms were spacious with dated 40's furniture, the bathrooms basic but functional. All the staff were very helpful but not trained for today's tourists -...
