We have stayed at the end of September and had a great stay at the hotel. Food was really good and a very good selection. Every staff member was friendly and helpful and I will have to mention few staff members which provided a great customer service and went the extra mile for us: Kornilia from reservations department which helped me to sort out some issues that I had with my booking; Alina at the pool bar, Alexandra, the lifeguard, Liviu and Luca in the restaurant. Thank everyone for your hospitality and will see you again soon. Raluca & Aurel

Wow I cannot speak highly enough about this amazing hotel, exceptional staff and outstanding food. We met lovely guests there who made our holiday and the bar staff were first class, I have got to mention Theo,Kevin and Harris who always went out of their way to create the most amazing cocktails, sorry for drinking the bar dry of baileys but like Kevin said I was a fish . The hotel is as good as its staff and these guys are outstanding 👏 👌 xxxx

We, along with other reviewers, were a little concerned about some of the negative comments. We needn’t have worried as everything and everyone was lovely! Spotlessly clean, tasty food, delicious cocktails (in particular the Brandy Alexander’s!) and the staff really couldn’t do enough for us. Special mention for Fotoula in the buffet restaurant and Diane, the TUI rep and all of the reception staff; they were all so friendly and helpful and made it clear that they wanted everything to be perfect for us so just need to ask! The hotel is in the perfect position - right on the beach to get the wonderful sea breeze and also to enjoy the glorious sunsets. My only suggestion would be to have some more tables outside (there is room for more) so that more guests can sit outside - we noticed a few people would sit inside and then quickly make a dash for an outside table if one became free! I almost forgot: the desserts are amazing!! My partner, who doesn’t usually bother with desserts, couldn’t get enough of them! I particularly enjoyed the lamb dishes, always in a delicious sauce! We are both now on a strict diet! Well worth the extra pounds though. Well done to everyone who worked so hard to make our holiday special.

Very noisy hotel, didn't get a full night's sleep for the whole 10 night holiday. Bars frequently run out of certain types of alcohol. Staff not very friendly. Paid almost £150 for a luxury excursion to celebrate our anniversary which we didn't go on because jet2 had not forwarded our details to the excursion provider. Rep in resort promised champagne to apologise and a full refund, but we never received either!

that we stayed at this excellent hotel. My husband and I celebrated our 60th birthday. Excellent staff members. Kind attitude and very smiling. I must especially mention you Emilia, customer contact, there are no such thing. She cared for us and pampered us so much, we were really shocked. We will definitely return to this excellent hotel. Thank you very much everyone😄

This was our first stay in an adults only hotel. At first we were disappointed, as the indoor pool and jacuzzi facilities were under maintenance and we had not been told. But the guest relations manager wanted to make us happy and sorted us out with a package that was perfect for us as a way to compensate our disappointment. With this sorted, we went on to thoroughly enjoy our holiday. The whole hotel is spotlessly clean and modern. Rooms are cleaned everyday and fresh towels and toiletries provided as or when needed. Towels are also provided free of charge every day for the sun beds and beach. The food in every restaurant is delicious. The Asian restaurant was our favourite. We had never tried Asian food before and it was delicious. We explored every floor in the hotel and every area and all of it was modern clean and smelt amazing. I would definitely return to this hotel and advise anyone who stays here to go straight to the guest relations team with any problems and they will sort them out and make you happy so you can totally relax and enjoin your holiday. The staff are amazing and nothing is too much trouble for any of them. The entertainment is good. The location is great. We walked to the Harbour along the beach front a few times and it was such a beautiful walk. The man who works in the on-site gift shop is also lovely and friendly. Everyone is really helpful and cheery. Such a great place

I am presently staying at the Leonardo Plaza Cypria Maris hotel and couldn’t be more impressed with the hotel and staff. We have stayed here 3 times before and I didn’t honestly think they could improve on perfection but they have! There are now 4 speciality restaurants to choose from as well as the international buffet! All superb so do give them a try, you won’t be disappointed! The selection of food on offer is huge so something for everyone! The bar staff are amazing! Yiannakis and his team including Kevin, Sonya and Anna couldn’t be more helpful! Whilst here we celebrated my mother’s 99th birthday and the management team, led by Laura-May went out of their way to make it a day to remember! Fingers crossed we will be back next year to celebrate her 💯th birthday! This hotel offers everything. The pool area and bar are kept clean and there is no shortage of sun beds! There is also a small beach area with plenty of sun beds. There is a selection of entertainment in the evenings and also during the day including Greek dancers etc The room I have is large with balcony and stunning view. All in all this is by far one of the best hotels I have stayed in

Really enjoyed our stay here for a week, the room was amazing and the house keeping staff did such a great job the place was spotless. We stayed in the deluxe rooms so had access to the executive lounge which was brilliant and we had eaten in the 4 restaurants on site that honestly couldn't be faulted, the food the staff was absolutely brilliant. The only two things I that I can fault are the pool bar staff and the state of the pool at the bar. The staff really couldn't be bothered behind that bar, making grunts and faces when you ask for a drink. They had a tip jar on the counter which was laughable. The pool was fairly disgusting there was bits of algae floating around and the water was murky. I tried not to let that get to me ad everything and everyone else was perfect.

I stayed here for 7 nights in September with my partner. We're 28/29 for reference. I was quite anxious in the run up to the holiday as the reviews were so split, some people absolutely hated it and others couldn't find fault. We arrived in the afternoon and were served welcome drinks, and were told we were in room 109 on the first floor. The room was quite cramped but this wasn't a huge issue. When we ran the hot water, it came out brown in the sink and the bath. The toilet roll holder was falling off the wall, and one of the spare pillows was in a plastic bag with a broken zip so we couldn't get it out. We made reception aware of the issues and they said that the water had gone off earlier that day, and it should run clear (which it did eventually). They sent housekeeping with a pillow and said they would have maintenance look at the toilet roll holder (though this didn't happen). Unbeknownst to us, our room was right above the nightclub, which I had seen a couple of other guests complain about on here. When it came to going to bed, we had been travelling and were tired so were in bed for 10pm. The noise from the nightclub was unbelievable, it sounded like we were inside it. We called reception at around 11.30pm, still unable to sleep and asked what time it closed, they advised 1am. My partner went down to reception and asked if it was possible to change rooms and they said that we could do so the following day. The next day we were moved to a room on the 4th floor which was 10 times better on all fronts. It seems like the rooms on the first floor (I think there is only about 12 rooms on that floor) are the ones that nobody wants, all the rest seem fine. We couldn't hear the nightclub at all from this room, it was more spacious, and seemed a lot more well maintained. The holiday definitely improved from here and we're so glad this was only the 2nd day. The food was as expected of an all inclusive, absolutely fine and there was enough variety in the evening. The breakfasts were the same every day, but I'm not sure what more people want from breakfast as they served almost anything you'd want for breakfast. We only visited the Italian restaurant as we ate out 3-4 times during the stay. It was lovely, the service was great and setting was relaxing. The snack bar was really handy, nice food and good location. We mainly used the pool bar which we couldn't fault, friendly staff, quick service and nice enough drinks. We got sunbeds on the grassy area which we found preferable to the pool area as the beds there are all very cramped. At the grassy area, you have a nice breeze from the sea and you have some personal space. We put towels down before breakfast at around 8.30am and never had an issue finding a good spot. The clientele are more so on the older side (without offending anyone!), and it has a very chilled feel (apart from the nightclub?), so I can understand when people say they don't know who this hotel are targeting. I wouldn't recommend the hotel if you are looking to party, it's more of a relaxing stay providing you're not put above the nightclub. We did use the taxi service associated with the hotel once to go to the shopping mall and had no issues, charged us 10 euro each way which was probably about right. Gave us a card and we messaged them on Whatsapp when we wanted picking up, they arrived within 5 minutes. Regarding the area, highly recommend Fiesta bar & grill which is about a 10 minute walk away. They have TV's which show any sports games on sky etc. but it is still a nice chilled place to eat & drink. The food is really nice, only your typical bar & grill food but done really well. The cocktails are lovely and they have happy hour from 5pm til late. The staff are all so friendly and we went 3 times during our weeks stay. The supermarket across the road from the front of the hotel is ideal, has majority of the things you could need while out there. There's also an ice cream place a little further down which was lovely. All in all, providing you don't get lumped with the first floor rooms (maybe see if you can specify when booking), the holiday was really nice and relaxing.

Unfortunately, such an expensive stay disappointed me. I felt like in a sanatorium with pensioners from England. No animation no entertainment for young people everything was for seniors from England. Monotonous food is still the same. English breakfasts little choice. Everyday the same . I paid a lot of money and I am disappointed. No natural juices. The worst thing is that the salads that were left, for example, from breakfast, were mixed afterwards, as you could see, you could see the same pieces of badly chopped tomatoes as for a cow, the same big thing with cucumbers. It was supposed to be a hotel for adults and there were people with children from other hotels on the beach. The small footprint of the hotel was crowded. The service was nice, but there are people from Russia working at the reception, which can be seen by their unfriendly behavior when asked for something. Cleaning in the room is based on a quick change of towels, my slippers underneath were black, which proves how the hotel is being cleaned. A huge minus for the price, no mini bar which I do not understand. The downside is that there is no bathroom next to the pool or even the beach and you have to walk through the whole pool to get to it. To sum up not a hotel for young people. Bar only until 24, the same disco. The description of the hotel indicated otherwise, unfortunately I do not fully recommend the hotel. For that I recommend the snacks next to the bar and the pizza was very good indeed.
