What a great hotel. Excellent staff, clean room and a pool for the end of day cool down. Positioned in the heart of the old town and five minutes walk from the Sunday night market. Great little breakfast buffet. Restaurants next door. All day tea coffee and biscuits in the lobby.

Friendly welcome from staff who all have s English so good for travellers. Nice foyer a Didn't use the pool but looked okay - I don'tthink you should book here if that's what you're looking for! But for a quick cool down it would be fine. Nice spacious rooms with clean furniture, big bed, great aircon. Shower was nice & powerful.Check out at 12 is good & I saw they keep bagsbfor people which is handy! We didn't use working room but WiFi was brilliant & space looked good. Nice touch with bottomless tea & coffee plusbananas & salty crackers for your stay. We had breakfast included which was basic but still fine. Can't complain as the price was insanely cheap. Really convenient area with 5 min walk from old town. 7-11 & pharmacv iust around the corner & 20min walk from shopping centre. The only thing I'd say is maybe don't use the bath on your balcony. Canal water runs below & smells terrible. Probably fine if you have no sense of smell! Generally good & very good value for the price!

The hotel is near the Phuket old town. The facilities and the decoration is in black and white tone. The staffs are very polite and helpful. My special thanks to Ms. Seetee. The room is very nice. There are parking lot but not many. It is very nice and convenient to travel.

We found this place last minute tucked away in Phuket Old Town. We were amazed and delighted at the quality, service, and amenities. The staff were super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The pool was small but open 24 hrs (unsupervised), a shop selling gifts and drinks by reception added to the experience. Rooms were narrow but really clean and bright. I would strongly recommend this place if passing through. I have added some pictures to help you decide.

Update : just checked out with no refund as my wife and I felt it would be unhealthy to stay there. The staff was understanding and offered us a change in room to even a bigger room but as the issue is likely in all the rooms, we decided to turn down the offer and simply pay for another night elsewhere. Review: Room had a very bad musky smell that smelled like mold or sewer water. Almost uncomfortable to breathe in. Lucky I only booked one night. I would cancel if it was more than 1. Health is more important. On the good side staff is friendly and the location is really good. 5 min from the night market and town. But the room smell is honestly unbearable. Smells like you are in an old cupboard and you open up the door to a toilet.

Room is filed with sewage smell, room 312 is the worst but thanks for the front desk lady (morning crew) who helped to changed to 311. A decent place overall, u paid what u get. The only unpleasant experience is the front desk service by the afternoon crew. The girl needs to be trained how to be a friendly receptionist.

The location was great. Friendly staff. Room without balcony was very stuffy. No window ventilation. Try to get the room with balcony & tub. They told us it’s not available for family rooms. Cleanliness was great Good facilities & pool. Nice environment

The noise was pretty unbearable. You can hear the traffic outside, people walking along the corridor outside your room, and every door that slams shut when people go in and out of their room. Literally only had 3 hours of sleep between 3am to 6am when things were quieter. If you are not a light sleeper, then this hotel would work. Otherwise, I recommend bringing along ear plugs. The door slamming noise can be quite startling.

1. Unprofessional- I had to wait for 2 hours in the lobby to get my room allocated. I had pre booked / paid but they didn’t get it ready at check in time 2. The room is so dirty, there’s bad smell coming from outside apparently from a nearby canal / sewage all the time
