Staff is very good, friendly and also very helpful , food is amazing .....all things are good the only problem we faced is lack of things provided in our room like there is no kettle , towels etc otherwise we liked the hotel

Disgusting behaviour by manager and owner. They tell some price on booking and tell 50 percent more at the time of payment. Very horrible experience. Not recommended. If you don't want to spoil your trip it is recommended that pls don't book this hotel.

On the 23rd we arrived in the evening to know that there were no rooms in our name that's after calling them every day before the trip to reconfirm my booking. Whoever manages their inventory has no idea and no matter if you have booked through Agoda or MMT your booking is bound to get canceled. The reason is OVERBOOKING. Later they agreed to give us a room at their 2nd hotel which was horrible, with no security. As many people were there like us waiting since morning, and afternoon to get their rooms. So whenever they see someone getting a room, they would barge in and grab the room key, etc. The hotel staff was purely helpless. Somehow we managed the night at a different property and were allocated a room the next day.
So anyone booking a room at this hotel please be careful. Or make alternate arrangements. We were a group of 10 people traveling and since season time we were not able to get rooms at a single hotel. Which proved to be lucky also.

The reception experience was absolutely terrible—unprofessional and rude behavior throughout. Such poor conduct is unacceptable and leaves a very bad impression!
The electricity service was the worst I have ever experienced—50% of the time there was no power. Even after repeated calls, there was no proper response, and when they did respond, their behavior was extremely rude.

I had a memorable trip to Andaman where I enjoyed the candle night dinner at Royal villa beach service given by SANU. Room are designed specious with all basic requirements. Food is logically tasty and served fresh

Excellent services. Staff and management is very helpful and always willing to attend requirment of guest.
Particular Manager of the property is worth praising. Ever smiling face and always available to listen and resolve the issues, if one have any.

Very bad hotel. Please do not visit this hotel. Reception service was very pathetic. We booked for 13 people but we received our hotel rooms after 4 hours. Food quality was also not up to the mark. Not in my recommendation list. We had to wait on the reception area with our bags and children.

Really amazing place, it's just nearby to the beach. This place gives you nice memory. Everything was just fantastic, lobster was amazing. We enjoyed a lot. I strongly recommend this resort for budget friendly people.
