I kept my wallet and went to the pool side and between that time only this has happened. No extra efforts were put from management to find out what has happened. They told me to check the CCTV on my own, and My entire day was spend to go through the CCTV. Unfortunately nothing was found. I am sure the one who has stolen the money knows where are the cameras. Infact, while checking out, I was told that : "Bhaiya refund to nahi milega", while I was waiting at the reception to brief that person about what has happened with me last night and to let me know if you guys find about the stolen money. I had never asked to compensate for my losses, still this kind of behaviour was strange. About the resort, the location is good right on the Arambol beach, resort needs little maintenance, resorts is smaller than it seems in pictures. If you want to come to goa and just want to stay on Arambol beach, then only go for this resort, since accessibility of all other places(Cafes, other beaches etc) are almost 45 mins drive from the resort.

I had booked for 2 NIGHTS at this resort in Goa. Immediately they took money from me. But their room was so tiny. They show something else in the pics and we got a shoddy stinky wooden cabin which had so many insects in it. There are loads of mosquitoes there and spiders jumping into our bed and luggage. Stinky unclean toilet. Can't stay indoors even for 1 minute and if u sit outside mosquitoes will eat u up. The other guests in the place too were very weird. Kept staring as soon as we step out of the room. Everything felt so negative here that the beautiful beach in front of me too didn't make me feel good. I have stayed in budget hotels before. But it was clean and insect free at least. Budget hotels too don't stink. They keep it up to their responsibility of at least keeping the place clean. But Lotus Sutra is so highly pathetic that they have crossed the level of unhygienic. I decided to check out immediately and didn't stay further. I lost my money for the 2nd night as these unethical people didn't refund my money fully knowing that it was completely their fault. M sure this place will not run for long. I request the apps to do research before posting it to clients for booking. We are getting duped. We pay to have a relaxing time. Here we have to run from pillar to post even after paying. Their hotel management is separate. And those people are even More disgusting. Don't have anything to serve. Whatever you ask for they're never having it. Breakfast was just one cold tasteless poha and one watery Puri bhaji. Some fruits cut and we had already paid for breakfast and they were asking us for extra money to serve eggs. I have till now never Heard any other resorts or even budget hotels saying so. They were blaming everything on covid. I have stayed in Amby valley, sula vineyards , Della Resort during peak Covid with a super fantastic hospitality. These people are lame and looting us on a vacation. Please don't ever Book here at any cost. I would like to thank Mohin from this place as he got my room changed for that one night. To another bigger room. But even that was pathetic, but was a bit bigger. But spiders were there too. It has weird looking openings on the ceiling. Only because of him I could at least sleep through the disastrous night and got up next morning and left the pathetic place to come to Mumbai. My vacation was ruined. Only if the booking apps don't post such places we would have a better vacation. Losing my faith.
