Very welcoming, polite staff with no timing related issues concerning pool usage. Very tidy cottages. Good Breakfast inclusive. Food and mini bar is cheaper compared to other hotels of the same class. Beautiful property and Special mention to Vipin @ Reception.

Very nice resort and good rooms with the good service. Cons : Only 2 small water bottels will be provide daily, if this can increase to 4 bottles or 2 1etter bottles it will be good.. In the breakfast Idily is not Good. In the breakfast buffet they mentioned as Lassi, but they have mixed the salt in that so its a butter milk, I thought its a lassi after drinking that its mixed with the salt.. Excet this everything was went well...nice stay we had..

Pros: Rooms though small, they are cosy and comfortable. Made of pine wood. Unique. Restaurant staff are very helpful Cons: Passage is too narrow. Big palm trees make it difficult to walk through. Kids swimming pool is too shallow. Only upto ankle of a 6 year old. Before booking I had inquired regarding dinner buffet cost. Reception informed me it was 1500 per person. So I booked online. From the restaurant they said it's only 700. Ended up wasting money on thr MAP plan. Dinner was not worth the price. If you can ignore the price the food was ok. Food is a little costly for the taste even otherwise. Road work is in progress and parking is about 100 meters from the property. Room phone was not working throughout our stay

We stayed for 2 nights with kids.. Good part is - 1. Well mannered staff. 2. Food taste is good but bit expensive. 3. Rooms are hygiene. Bad part is - 1. Too much of noise due to party events. 2. Parking and approach road is pathetic 3. Most of the TV channels not subscribed and when we request, the response from the general manager is not reasonable, he seems to be irresponsible. 4. Housekeeping supplies are not complete. Overall, it's ok stay. Thanks
