After a long journey, this hotel is the perfect sanctuary to unwind, indulge in delicious food, and bask in luxury. The beds were so plush and inviting that we drifted off to sleep immediately after a soothing soak in our grand golden bathtub. Yes, you read that right- golden tub, sink and toilet! Despite the bathroom’s lavishness, the entire hotel is dedicated to making sure every guest feels at home and pampered. The breakfast spread is extensive, with a variety of options to suit every palate, and the attentive staff goes above and beyond to anticipate your every need. There is a swimming pool. It was surprisingly priced especially for the level of service, the spaciousness of the rooms and the food options.

Family holiday in Hanoi. Booked three rooms for 2 nights in the Dolce Golden Hanoi.
The 4 to 5 star hotels all over the world are more or less the same; Nothing much to talk about later on. But this place had a major difference. Gold is the main theme. We expected a load of ' glitter and bling'. Surprisingly it was well designed, fairly tasteful and quite a refreshing change !!! Definitely something to remember.
Rooms were good sized with all the standard amenities. The bathrooms require special mention. The bathtub, wash basins, toilets and the plumbings were gold plated. Wow that was something totally out of the world!!! On the 26th floor, there is a rooftop infinity pool also in gold - with great views of the Hanoi skyline.
Breakfast is good and presented a large spread of local, Asian and western cuisines.

What a lovely place to stay to celebrate a special occasion. We booked 1x night to celebrate our wedding anniversary and were not disappointed it was a fabulous experience. Staff were lovely, the room was tastefully decorated with gold features and looked just like the pictures on their website. The beds, pillows, duvets and linen were all of a very high quality and felt like you were sleeping in a cloud. All rooms were spacious, with beautiful fresh flowers and fruit on the coffee table and lots of free water. Amineties were of a good stanard. With veiws over the lake and city made for a very relaxing time. Shower had great pressure and the bath was very luxurious to relax and watch the twinkling light shows of the sky scrapers accross the lake. Only down points, if I'm being really picky were workmanship of the tillers in shower lots of missing grout i wonder how waterproof it is long term and roof in one bedrooms hand been repaired but the gold facade hadn't been replaced which seems out of place in such a high end property but im just compareing to western standards, bathrobes were thin and no bubble bath. When we came back from tea there was a beautiful card and chocolates from the hotel to celebrate for our anniversary. Pool area looked nice enough however even though it was a heated pool it was cold so couldn't brave it in winter when 14 degrees out side. I would definitely recommend this property if you are looking for something a little bit special. Staff were very friendly and helpful although spoke little to no English.

Check in is poor, staff are variable from miserable to good. Managers are arrogant. Service overall leaves a lot to be desired and doesn’t justify the charge. The goldness is a theme taken too far. Rooms are a good size bring ear plugs and get a lake side room or on school days you will be woken by 100 Decibels music of baby shark etc from school. Had to call to get my room cleaned. There are no prices for the mini bar. The location is far from old town but there is a square where local people exercise and play Co Tuong a Viet chess game. Breakfast has great pastries and variety, but sausages were cold, bacon hard rather than crisp. Vegan sushi congee but considering the number of Indian tourists here they have made little thought in catering for them. Pool is good few seats around it no drinks not even water. Basically it failed it’s first impression and didn’t improve paid 170k Vnd for tea - great teapot milk .. no napkin not a biscuit or anything. Disappointing.

One of the most shocking experiences I have had in terms of hospitality. Most hotels are always keen to make a guest's stay comfortable, especially guests who are patient, accommodating and are repeat customers. While booking my holiday through my Vietnamese agent, we chose to stay in Dolce on the recommendation of my travel agent even though we had requested them to book us a different hotel which was also a 5 star property. We were a group of 13 adults and we had booked ourselves rooms among ourselves. Hanoi was our first destination from Dubai and we checked in and stayed at this hotel as soon as we landed in Hanoi for the first night. We got all 6 rooms on the same floor. The hotel has everything in a golden theme. From the lobby, the elevators, the door handles, the infinity swimming pool, the bathroom accessories including the commode. So far so good. We checked out of the hotel and left for Sa Pa early in the morning and we were leaving some of our large bags behind since we were going to be back at the hotel in 2 days time after Sa Pa. To our shock upon our return, we were assigned rooms on 4 different floors. Reason was simple, they had more guests than the first time around. They already knew that we had another booking 2 days later so they would have just kept our rooms and given the rest to the newer guests. That's not even the end of it. As soon as we checked in to our rooms, and started unpacking we found a roach in our wardrobe. we called the reception and the manager showed up, very apologetic and offered to move us to another room. Unfortunately my son and his friend had a roach in their room too so they were also moved to another room. Now we were 13 adults spread on 6 different floors. So much for having a vacation with friends and family where we didn't have access to each other's floors. Eventually we requested the reception to add all the floors to our cards which should ideally have been a suggestion that they should have come up with. Overall it was not such a good experience for a chain property and for a property that promotes itself as a luxury experience.

One liner the only motive of this hotel is to cheat people and make money I landed at hotel at 8:30 am and requested a early check in I know hotel policy is 3:00 pm
They demand twice the cost of room rent for a early check in its been 4 hours I am sitting in the lobby with my family but only motive is either I pay double or wait till 3 pm to get the room
Being a premium 5 star property where customers are treated well this is my first experience where I have seen customer satisfaction is not the priority it’s the money for them
I spoke to duty manager also they have rooms it’s not that Rooms are not there but either you pay or u wait this is what is the answer
I paid and had breakfast also for people who are vegetarian do not book they do not have options only leaving breads
Overall will never say any one to book

Absolutely stunning stay at the @dolcehanoi!* The elegant gold and golden colors create a truly luxurious atmosphere. The Hanoi city view from our room was breathtaking. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The bathroom was clean and neat, featuring a golden bathtub and a smart toilet— my favorite spots! The curtains were automated with a remote to easily open and close. Breakfast and lunch at their restaurants were tasty and varied, made with high-quality ingredients. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Hanoi! This is surely one of the best hotels in Hanoi! I will surely be back!

A hotel perfect to look at but equally pathetic to stay. We stayed for 3 nights including 31st Dec, this hotel doesn’t come under the definition of hospitality industry as they don’t understand the meaning of that, first thing which always comes out from them is a “No”.
New Year Eve was so pathetic that they shouldn’t have charged us at all, 400 sq ft of space for the new year eve celebration with no food. Restaurants closed at 9.30 pm in the hotel on the new year eve. Jazzy things installed in the room which are mostly not working. Stay away from this property. Not worth it!!

The worst hotel. April 2024 only stayed two nights and this hotel charged my credit card three times total of $1100. The hotel even charged those day I wasn't even come to Vietnam. I have been claiming my money through Expedia and my bank couldn't refund. Even send a person to claim my money. The hotel keep pushing the problem away. Do not stay this hotel!!!

Everything about the hotel was good from rooms, service and food but while booking taxi to the airport, the hotel person told that it will cost around 300K dong. Grab App taxi was showing 372K, so I told him to call the cab. The cab charged us 560K according to meter. So it's clear that hotel person cheated us by lying about the taxi fare. Even the taxi condition was relatively just ok.
