We came across The Cove tearooms a couple of years ago, they do lovely scones and cream, (one of my many weakness). So we headed there this year for a cuppa before a day on the beach, then another when we came back. it's a lovely little place with seating inside and out, friendly staff and very clean. We were...

Thank you for taking the time to both visit us and put a lovely review on trip advisor. We do get a lot of positive feed back regarding our scones as they are freshly made through out the day as you would know. The trouble is we have to taste every batch to ensure they are up to standard.......well that's...

I stopped off in Pentewan for a short break and although there are a few small cafe/restaurants in the village, the Cove cought my eye as being the place for me and I wasn't disappointed. Very welcoming, lovely coffee and food and a relaxing stay.

Thank you for a lovely review. We do try very hard to make everyone's time with us a good experience and it's brilliant to get good feedback. I'll pass your words onto the girls that work here either out front or behind the scene's as they will also appreciate you taking the time to review us in such a positive...

We have just had a great week in the cove, with Jill and Alison, the most greatist people you could wish to meet. The food was fantactic home made scones for your cream teas hot from the oven, blankets to keep you warm if you wish to eat them out side. The room was perfect clean and comfortable and nothing...

Were very pleased to find this fab little place after a lovely walk to Pentewan. A cosy place with regulars aleady seated and enjoying the friendly service of the two women who run the cafe. We had a light beakfast of scrambled eggs on toast and bacon sandwich, both of which were delicious. We had our hearts set on a...

Thank you so much for that lovely review ! I'm sorry we didn't have the scones but in the out of season months we normally bake to order. Unfortunately this dose mean a 30 min wait but we just don't get asked for them through out the winter months except on rare occasions. It's only now that we are starting...

A charming little café tucked away in a corner of Pentewan village and filled with character. On the inside it has the appearance of a little pub which makes it unique and cosy. My sister-in-law, her mum and myself sat in the corner by the open fire which was heaven and enjoyed teacakes, a latte and hot chocolate. I can...

Thank you so much for that lovely review and for the support of our - if I may say so - rather nice toilet area. We are looking forward to meeting your new little one once they finally decide to arrive ( if they haven't already as you were 2 days over due when you came in ), along with...

I often 'popped' in for tea and a sandwich, or lunch with my visiting family ~ they've always been 'very good' eating experiences... Sunshine or rain, I'm never disappointed. ✔ Friendly greeting. ✔ Freshly prepared food and beverages. ✔ Interesting and inviting environment. "Thank You" 🙏🏼☺️💐 x PS. I've included a few of my favourite photographs captured in and around...

Thank you Cornishlandwanderer what a wonderfully positive review. Hopefully we will continue to tick all the right boxes and deliver the sort of service, food and environment that we would be happy to experience when out and about ourselves. I'll make sure the girls that work along side Gill and myself see this as they do work hard and to...

We initially visited here completely by chance - needing somewhere to shelter from the rain. We had two dogs with us, so the board announcing 'very dog friendly' was welcome. Myself, my husband nd my in-laws plus canines were made extremely welcome. We sat in the lounge end and had coffees and afternoon cakes. The service was fantastic, coffee and...

Popped in here after walking the dog. It was warm, cosy, full of character with papers and books to read and very friendly welcome from the lady and a chew for my dog! We will be popping back for cake next time.

My partner and I stopped for a cream tea and it was amazing. Freshly made scones (still warm) local cream and jam, beautiful view and a lovely owner. Would definitely recommend a visit if in St.Austell, Truro or any surrounding areas!

Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review for us. It is lovely when our customers tell us how much they have enjoyed our cream tea's but it's really nice of you to put it in writing. We try to make small batches of scones through out the day so they are never long out of...
