Stayed there for two nights on February 3rd and 4th 2017, WiFi were extremely bad, room has no coffee cups or coffee facilities. Very expensive to stay there, Construction were ongoing making it dusty and noisy, cars are parked haphazardly

Room is small and fair enough for room rate paid. Toiletries could be improve as quantity is not enough for two persons such as shampoo and body gel. Good points it has lift and suitable for family with elderly. Ample parking lot outside the hotel.

This is a very clean basic hotel. This is a no frills room only accommodation. Has a TV and aircon in room with no cupboards to store clothes in or iron. No mini fridge but has tea coffee facilities and a phone. You have to go out of the hotel for breakfast and get a discount voucher on selected food,...

The double bed is terribly small with one side slanting to the middle. No hot water inside the bedroom. You need to go to the lobby take. If the hot water finish, need to request from the reception. Location is great. There near by some restaurant for you to eat. Recommend the restaurant crocodile. Cheep & Nice. Waterfall is nearby...

Check in was quick and efficient although we arrived in the night. Room was clean, with hot water heater, working aircon, wifi. It was also reasonably quiet unless people were outside the door. I had to go out early in the morning and there was a mamak stall at the far end of the block that's 24 hours. So early...

Stayed here with not much choice as we were attending an engagement party nearby. Not wanting to party and drive a long distance back to KL, we paid RM99 per room, for a 2 tiny rooms that were unclean. The rooms smelt strongly of cigarette smoke, there were hairs in the toilet and even on the pillow and bed. Then...

We booked 1 standard double room & 1 standard twin room. The hotel is relatively new & the rooms are fairly basic. Location is quite nice as there are plenty of parking lots available, Oldtown is just besides the hotel. However, although the room is non smoking room, but we can tell people smoking in the room when stepped into...

Was in Bentong for the Merdeka weekend. The room we had was a triple bed. Generally it's a simple room - having the basic most furnishing -TV with astro, air con, hot shower and wifi. The air con was a little slow in cooling down, but other than that, the rest are okay for a night or 2 nights stay....

Relatively new hotel situated in a shop lot. Quiet as it was located away from the main road. Check in process was fast as they already had all my details from Booking.com The room was clean and well maintained. Bedding was clean ..which helps with sleep quality!
