Very modern hotel with excellent facilities, the most comfortable beds we’ve had in any Hotel. We didn’t like the location of our room on arrival, we asked if they could change it, and this was done without any objection. Bedrooms were very comfortable, the only criticism I had

We just spent 5 nights at what was described as a very very good all inclusive resort with 7 restaurants. Upon arrival we went into our room which I had upgraded to sea view and balcony. The hallways outside the room were in bad shape carpet not finished, no floorboards,

My husband and I booked this break to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. We were looking forward to a “fly and flop” break. We arrived early due to flight times and as the room wasn’t ready we went to the bar and enjoyed a cocktail. It was to be the first of many! Bar and

A lot deep d's upon your expectations here and how much you pay. We went with BA in February. The room was more than adequate. We paid extra for a sea view and this gave us a balcony. Below is a road which leads to the Gozo ferry so it could get busy in summer and noisy with

hi john the hotel is on the only road to and from the ferry to gozo, and also weekends locals take to the roads on high powered motorbikes ,so yes you will encounter some traffic noise, if you request a high floor noise would be slightly less ,the traffic island is on the corner of the hotel and all traffic has to go round it, the dual carriageway runs up the side of the hotel, I've stayed on the 5th floor Seaview room didn't bother me much, last 5 years I've had pool view rooms, take a look at room tips on the menu above, Phil Brum

hi there is no laundry (there is a laundrette in the complex next door ) you can borrow an iron and ironing board from reception. There is a kettle ,2 cups and saucers, teabags coffee sachets, sugar and milk replenished as required. Herbal teabags available in dining rooms and bar sorry only the hotel can answer the question regarding works originally works were scheduled to be completed early April with just some touching up to be done, severe weather they had a few weeks ago may have changed this???contact email available on dbseabank resort and spa website Phil Brum

hi Lesley there is a prom to walk on but not the greatest prom you will ever walk on there is a couple of restaurant's on the prom. There are some local bars/restaurant's on the road towards the village and more in the village itself (but to get to those its a very steep hill buses facing the hotel will take you up there)ask the animation team which one they go to, the hotel is in a very quiet location ,buggiba and sliema are much livelier . Hi. Do we need to take plug adapters for the hotel rooms?
hi Kate no the rooms have English and continental plug, it depends how many things you want to charge at one time, English plug either side of the bed and one you could use where the kettle is plugged in. a few people take 4 point extension leads with them, I only need to charge phone and tablet so what's in the room is ample for me every time I go.
