Stayed here for four nights from 30th March 2017. On arrival given key to a room that was in a block away from the main hotel. The room was a good size but was filthy. Complained to receptionist who was not very helpful until she realised we were not going to back down to her. Allocated another room this was...

We stayed at the hotel for a week long dancing holiday, on a half board basis. In summary, the food was disappointing and the dance facilities poor; it appears as though the hotel is run for the management, not the guests. Dancing is an active holiday, and good food is essential to the enjoyment of the week. Too often, it...

We arrived here from Gozo. It was a short stroll from the ferry terminus. The hotel reception staff were welcoming and friendly. The buffet restaurant and public places seem to have had a makeover recently..... All public areas looked fresh and were clean. Dyson hand dryers were in ladies loos. There are two saltwater swimming pools as well as an...

Excellent service and facilities, great food in the restaurant and very reasonable prices. Beautiful and convenient location. Deco could do with an update as it felt very dated.. But I will definitely go back there on our next visit!

This hotel is really nice but so out of the way(Half hour bus ride to Valetta). There is literally nothing near by! Ideal if you want to go to Gozo as the Ferry Port is just over the road. I got a room upgrade which overlooked the pool and bay, it was really nice, it was clean but the house...

The hotel is still living in the past (1970's), The rooms are tired and in need of a major update, leaking fridge, patio doors are loose and don't always lock. Drab colours. The restaurant has a major shortage of spoons, ask the staff and if you are lucky they may appear with one from some dark corner. The food was...

We stayed at Paradise Bay at the end of April The rooms were really nice, we stayed in 101, 103 and 105 Great views of the bay and the main pool. Beds comfortable, cleaned regularly, nice balconies. There was building work being done but this will have been finished by now. The hotel is in a very remote area, there...

We had mixed feelings for this hotel. It is situated just by the GOZO Ferry which is ideal if you want Gozo but otherwise it is out on a limb. There is nothing around it for a considerable distance; no real walking/promenading if that is what you like to do on an evening. No shops at all except the hotel...

Before going to stay at the Paradise Bay Hotel I read several very negative reports on Trip Advisor. Hence I was not looking forward to stay there. I had a completely positive experience. All the staff were very helpful and interested in making us welcome. The room phone did not work and was repaired within thirty minutes of reporting it...

Not long back from Malta but I've left my heart back there and in particular at the Paradise Bay Hotel. Having discovered it a few years ago for me Malta means Paradise Bay Hotel, there's nowhere else I'd rather stay. Perhaps a little remote for some but if looking for peace and quiet look no further and once there if...

Dear Guest, Thank you for your lovely review and also for choosing the Paradise Bay. We were so happy to hear that you would not stay anywhere else. It is true that the resort might be remote for some, but for most the relaxing atmosphere and beautiful surroundings means more than the noisy and busy environment of central resorts. We...
