This Hotel has a wonderful location. The town of Ducey is picturesque and convenient to all parts of the coast. The owners were helpful and provided me with a walking map, with historic views of the town and the areas surrounding them. Rooms are quite large and quiet. Although they dont have a restaurant, recommendations are made by the owners...

I stayed at this hotel because it was a short drive to Mt St. Michelle and was a good base to visit Normandy. The view of the river and bridge from my room was incredible. I usually have a hard time sleeping at hotels but didn't have that problem at this hotel. I was able to sleep with my window...

My 15 year old daughter and I arrived at this hotel after picking up a car in Paris and driving through the POURING rain to Ducey. I was a wreck when I arrived at the hotel, in the dark, but found it no problem (using a GPS) - parking is easy right across a small side street in a lot...

Great little hotel. Situated some 20 minutes from Mt Saint Michael. Ducey village (and hotel) very quaint and a good base for travels within Brittany & Normandy. If traveling from Paris add at least an extra hour traveling time! Very COMFORTABLE BED. Owners very friendly and a real source of knowledge of the area. Hotel spotlessly clean. Highly recommended.

We chose this small hotel based on previous reviews and photos posted on T.A. and would recommend it to others. We requested a room on an upper floor with a view of the river and we were not disappointed. It is charming as others have described. The room was clean and comfortable, and larger than most in Europe, but the...

As everyone else has said, one of the most attractive hotel sites. It is clean, quiet and the staff are friendly, but the rates are expensive rooms only a little better than a Holiday Inn Express, and 11 euros pp for a very second rate continental buffet breakfast is nothing short of a rip off.

My husband and I stayed here for one night in May, as a stopping point close to Mont St. Michel. We had a room right over the river that had an absolutely beautiful view! The room was on the smaller side, but fine for us. The bathroom was fairly large and had a bathtub. There was a small refrigerator and...

Our rooms were over the river. We could sit in our window and watch the water run under it. Rooms were clean with ammenities like a hairdryer and kettle. Good size bathroom and it was very clean. Only stayed on night, but it was a very good night on a confortable bed. Easy drive to Mont Ste. Michael and WOW...

We only stayed here the one night between doing the D-Day Beaches and visiting Mont St Michel. Wish we could have spent more time there. The hotel is very well kept and in a very lovely location next to the creek with waterfalls. It was very charming and the beds were quite comfortable. The rate we paid was 65 Euro...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
This former, old mill, now a hotel, enjoys an unspoiled and relaxing place beside the Sélune, the small river that flows into the bay of Mont Saint Michel. Just 20 minutes from the Abbey of Mont Saint Michel, Ducey is a "village stopover" rich in history and typical of Normandy. Most rooms offer views of the river. They have quality equipment as well as a minibar, courtesy tray with kettle, wireless broadband connection, a flat-screen TV offering over 30 channels in several languages as well. The hotel has a breakfast room with a breathtaking and relaxing view of the waterfall and the old bridge. A relaxation lounge allows you, among other things, to sample local specialties. You will have the opportunity, if you wish, to order meal trays and enjoy local drinks. We will have the greatest pleasure to advise you on visits and local restaurants. ... more   less
