Had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean and beautiful. We had booked a Suite room which was the best one. The owner of the hotel Mr Mahesh was very helpful and co-operative. The food of this hotel was very tasty and way too good. One of the best hotel in Ambaji and also it is near to the Ambaji temple
We had re-visited this hotel this year with 4 senior citizens. Usually in the interiors the hotel staff is generally rude, but I must say Royal Inn’s staff was very humble, each one knew, not just their roles but they even did roles of other staff to attend the customer in a timely manner. The training provided to the staff was very good. Commendable service by the staff, they went out of the way in helping senior citizins travelling with me. Excellent and clean food at their restaurant, the quantity is sumptuous compared, they also serve thalis which is also a must try. The rooms are very clean, please maintain the same. Only difference was for an extra bed they lay the mattress on the floor vis a vis last year when they had actually laid the bed, this can be ignored though. Overall excellent, please keep it up.…
Clean and hygienic enivironment including lobby, rooms, bathroom, restaurant Perfect for stay. Amazing food and beverage including their services. Highly recommend by me in this destination. Best in the city.
we had visited the hotel with family in may 2019 and the experience for the hotel was an average one. the hotel appears to be new/newly renovated. the rooms were small but well decorated. the bedsheets appeared to be dirty/ not properly washed. The hotel charged us 700 rs extra for a late check out of just 02 hours even though the hotel was more or less empty. The positives : 1) very close to the ambaji temple. 2) the food in the restaurant was good and value for money. 3) the restaurant staff was courteous. the service was average/took longer than expected.
The hotel is one of the best places to stay in Ambaji specially when one is not use to staying in Dharamshala or inns. It is at a walking distance from the main temple Rooms are very clean, clean bath room and it has an in house restaurant that serves very good North Indian, South Indian food...one can have breakfast lunch diner and has standard taste of food despite located in a very small town. The restaurant has very good ambience
